I am sleeping better with the melatonin

I have a strange sleep pattern. I have days when I am so busy and stressed that my mind won't stop. I take 1 tablet when needed, I will get relaxed and sleepy with an half hour, I go to bed and sleep anywhere from 6 to 7 hours. I wake up not feeling tired or sleepy. I love this product. Thank you Swanson for telling me about the Melatonin.

I ordered this along with 3 mg. tablets. The researchers who wrote the book I have recommended up to 5 mg. for older folks like me. So I take one 3 mg. tablet and two 1 mg. tablets. The one mg. tablets are larger than the 3 mg. tablets and therefore have more fillers. When I use them up, I will just take two 3 mg. tablets. I don't think the extra mg. will hurt me! Melatonin provides many benefits that we miss when our pineal glands start wearing out. I sleep well and awake refreshed. I adapt quickly to time zone changes.

Three stars not out of dissatisfaction with the product or quality. It just seems stronger than 1 mg. I have taken 1 mg melatonin from other sources but this one is very potent. And since there's no way to split the capsule conveniently, I'm stuck with a supply I can only take when I can devote 10-12 hours to sleep, which is not often.
