I have difficulty swallowing larger pills. These are capsules and very easy to swallow. Will definitely buy again.

For healthy hair, skin and life in general.
As others say, it takes time. I have been taking 1,000mg of Lysine and 500mg Proline for over 8 years, and at 72, have a full head of hair, run twice a week, and enjoy every activity of daily life. These two, along with a multi, and berberine and NAC, I believe are responsible for my overall good health. Be consistent, and you will see results.

Horrible packaging…
I ordered these on Sept 30 but was not out of my other until today. I got the bottle and the bottom of the bottle is like plastic wrap. Thin as paper. I don't know how I missed it but I will message customer service now.

Excellent quality and product and great price. The casules are a good size, not too big, and easy to swallow. It's working beautifully for the reason I take it! Very fast shipping too. I highly recommend it!

Easy to swallow capsules and great for Shingle relief and after shingles to keep them away for 3000 mgs a morning.
