This was the first time trying this product and within the first few days I felt awesome my eyesight improved my skin improved it had no fishy aftertaste….How I came across this product was from about 3 doctors from YouTube saying that Carlson's fish oil was one of the most potent of fish oil available and so I gave it a try and will most definitely order my next bottle before it runs out because I never missed a day and I take One soft gel twice daily❤️

Unlike the other brand I tried that promised no after-taste burping, this brand ACTUALLY doesn't cause me any burping or after-taste of any kind. One of my doctors also recommended the brand to me because it's the only one that she knows for sure is safe (as far as metals and who knows what mixed in with the fish oil). The pills are big, but I'm pretty sure that that's just how fish oil caplets are. At least they're capsules and not tablets (like with some big pills of other supplements), so they don't get stuck in my mouth when I attempt to swallow them. I haven't had a blood test yet to see if my labs show the omega-3 making a difference, but I do like this fish oil enough that I already reordered this kind.

You really don't know with supplements. This company make a wide range of fish oil products, various types such as Salmon, cod liver and Norwegian ( blend of small fish). I have read some 3rd party reviews and this brand does pretty well on all accounts. This is actually weaker than the one I normally get but that one is out of stock right now. I like the 2,000 mg ( 2X 1,000 mg) because most recommendations today is between 3 and 4 grams or 3,000 to 4,000 mg. The American Heart Association now says up to 4 grams for cardiac concerns. The other is you need Omega 3s. It is essential as your body can not make it, it has to come from diet. In addition Omega 3's are known to be anti-inflammatory as well as improve cell wall permeability. So while you can not actually see the effects, we know all these benefits from research.

This is by far the best Onega3 fish oil capsules available.

I. Am well pleased with the Carlson 3 gems formula fish oil. I trust this company and the capsules are easy to swallow although fairly large. I have had no burping with these.

I've been giving our dogs Carlson and only Carlson fish oil for years. It has been very important for those middle aged and older canines. I've finally begun to take it regularly myself and...wow...it helps.
