I think this is beneficial. I've only been taking this for a couple of weeks, so it's a little premature to say.

A wholistic practioner mentioned that Shilajit is the purest source of natural minerals. I take one capsule and the next day I can see my nails have grown a bit. The extra strength Shilajit (70% fulvic) I take daytime with food, if I take at night it's hard for me to stay asleep. With the regular strength I had no problem with sleep.

most all of my supplements come from swanson vitamins,and always pleased with them. I just purchased extra strenth shilajit like many times before,and like it. shilajit is also called moomiyo,which i also have from BARLOWE,S HERBAL ELIXIRS and man if you want to take this shilajit to the next level try it. it is moomiyo or shilajit same thing and is 5oomg. (25% polyphenols) excellent.

Shilajit is not too well known in America yet in India it is thousdands of years old.Shilajit can be a game changer for over all vitality and health. Great product and very noticeable energy increase. To all Baby Boomers..... study this one and try it.To Your health.

70% fulvic acid thats impressive.Its probably not well known in usa.but they have been using it in asia for thoyusands years.the best part is its bad side effects are unheard of .My30 years of using suppliments its the only product made me feel so good warm alive and energetic.with absolutly no bad effects.the only bad part is by the time I start using 2nd bottle,I felt less effects.I guess my body got use to it.\nI wish they can come up 250 pills bottle,so you get discount for buying more.\nI tried swanson other regular strength Shilajit Extract with 5% fulvic acid.it did not do nothing too weak I guess.I would not get Shilajit Extract with 5% fulvic acid any more. 2 stars less for expensive .good luck

This doesn't seem to have a lot of Shilajit in it,it has such light ivory color that makes me question how much benefit would give for health purposes.I have seen and used teal Shilajit and it's quite black and sticky,not the powder that is in those capsules.I am not buying it again. Thanks

I would give this product 4 leaves or stars as a BOGO as it use to be, but as a single with only 30 caps it gets a poor rating. I use this with other things for a synergy effect, and I need 3-4 caps per day, so at $8 per 30 caps it is easy to bypass now even on sale at 15-20% off. Just not worth it. T
