This product will give you energy without jitters and definitely rely helps with focus. I've tried other products that made my stomach upset or had too much caffeine. Take it every day and you will definitely notice a difference. I'm 58 with ADHD and no medications but this helps!
it actually works. Ive been taking these for about 2 weeks. They really help with focus and energy. Highly recommend. I wish Walmart would get more of them.

As a NASM certified Head Trainer at F45, I cannot recommend this supplement enough! Love taking this before workouts or even before doing tasks that require lots of focus, so much better than caffeine for serious focus. Taking before workouts increases the mind-body connection which with immensely help with muscle stimulation, growth and strength! Get it and trust me it'll be your new favorite supplement!
