I really enjoy using this. I will be picking up another bottle when I'm finished with this one. It really does a great job with helping with my digestive problems. It's also good if you have PCOS as a woman it helps.
Been seeing that spearmint helps with hormonal acne! I hate drinking tea so this was the perfect alternative. I've seen a difference in my skin since taking it! Also it not only benefits my skin but my tummy loves it too!
I've had acne since hitting puberty, and nothing worked for it. I bought this because I'd read that spearmint could help hormonal acne, and I'd had some mild success with spearmint tea but wanted a more consistent dose. This helped so much! After almost a month, my skin is almost 100% clear for the first time since I was 13. I take 1 capsule 2x a day, at 11am/pm. One bottle lasts a month; I will be rebuying for sure!
They actually are doing what I got them for, if you suffer from the effects of PCO try these you really have nothing to lose if they don't work but a few bucks , but if they do work you'll be glad you did. Worth trying, I'm very glad I did.
I was looking for something that would help my stomach feel a little better on a daily basis and I think this has accomplished that so far. The pills are a little large but it is simple enough to take one of these daily to assist me with digestion.

I bought this because of the chlorophyll..........I was pleasantly surprised with the spearament flavor......just let it desolve in the mouth.....very nice product....
