I admit I was a little skeptical, but I tried it anyway.Well, it really isn't hype. I was already taking what I considered to be the best CoQ10 supplement, and yet I could actually feel the improvement with this one. (It's very rare for me to be able to actually feel a difference between two supplements.) I'm converted.

I do not really have the time to write a profound review but I would like to say that what I have read in the Swanson's 7 Basic Supplements for Good Health articles and saw in the videos, made me purchase almost all of it. I have been taking these supplements now for almost 6 months and I do not really remember ever feeling that great in my life (in combination with 30 minutes swimming in the mornings). I now turn 60 years old. Please do not tell ?.

Plus, I like ordering 60 softgel bottles. So, you know it's fresh until the last pill is left. Dr. Mercola recently said everybody 25 years of age or older should take ONLY ACTIVE COQ10 UBIQUINOL. He said anybody 25+ has problems converting standard CoQ10 to Unbiquinol. Plus, Ubiquinol is most cost effective than standard CoQ10. Since, taking 50mg of Ubiquinol is "at least" equal to 200mg of standard CoQ10, if not 400mg.

Unfortunately, this is one of those supplements I can't tell the difference between taking and not taking. However, I keep taking it. Although, I only put this in my supplement tray for Mon. / Wed. & Fri. -- I don't want to not take it -- Becase it may very well be as great as it's supposed to be. I have read extensively about the benefits of ubiquinol. Which's why I added it to my favorites list.....

This is the first time I have ordered this product, and I have not had it that long to really know how it has helped me. I plan to take this every day. I take several other SWANSON products to help me keep healthy. I am over 75 years old so I need to take health products.

There has been no visible change.

I bought this product about a month ago. The Mfg. Date on the bottle was 07/15. In other words, this item spent about 20 months sitting on the shelf in a warehouse before it was shipped to me. My guess is that at least some of its potency was lost because of this delay.I have not had this problem with any other item purchased from Swanson. I do not expect to buy this particular item again.
