I love this, especially this time of year. I just don't understand why when I order for curbside pickup it says unavailable so I go inside to grab whatever is available (doesn't offer any substitutes online) and I find it on the shelf and check it out myself. This is the second time in a row. I understand it might be a glitch or the inventory might need to be updated and I'm not really that upset, but wanted to bring it to your attention as a courtesy. Kinda defeats the purpose of curbside pickup when you still have to make a trip inside anyway…j/s. Thank you

Ridiculous! There were these tiny while things in with the powder, I thought one you added the water they would puff up, but NOOO . Once you add the hot water they totally disappear!! There is another brand out there that actually had mini marshmallows in it, will have to look for it.

I love the product but I'm perplexed on the substitution amount: I ordered The "Swiss Miss" w/ mini marshmallows (30) pack for $8.97 ... Instead they replaced it with the (8) count for $12.88 🙃🤧😣😛🤪😰 I am saddened that this is the real price for just (8) envelopes 😩 I hope this is a mistake or I'm going to return it ASAP/Get my money back 😵 Please help 🙏 Thank You, Karen
