Pain in the butt!
Richness guaranteed with Swiss Miss! Negative point - pods don't drain completely! Not sure if it's the coffeemakers' fault or the pod. Brewed it's mildly chocolate - have to remove pod and open to get rest of chocolate into cup - a pain in the butt honestly!

K-Cups Broke Open
The hot chocolate is good. When it wad delivered and I opened the box several K-cups cracked open and hot chocolate was everywhere.

Very angry customer I'm gonna take a picture
They were supposed to be two Swiss miss hot chocolates in my order. They only brought one and a bag of apples so somebody needs to bring me back my other box of Swiss Miss hot chocolate this is the second or third time this has happened to me ordering online.
