I love it! So different than “Pilates” classes without a reformer. I have only used it twice, but swear I can tell my waist and legs are a little tighter! It takes a while to put together, but I did it myself and just watched a show as I went through each Step. I was able to understand the directions. You just have to look closely at some of it to understand. Some of the drawings are AI created, so a little something may be off. Looking at the final picture helps too. It is going to be a great addition to my workouts! It seems sturdy and well made. I was under bc I read a few negative comments, but I think it's good quality. Make sure you get all 4 boxes! Fed Ex only delivered 3 boxes the first day. They left them IN THE RAIN, so I didn't even read the boxes. I just tried to get the stuff out asap.

I own a reformer! I couldn't be happier with it. I bought it on a Black Friday special and I have been using it regularly since. it is noisier that the wooden ones, but that doesn't bother me. It doesn't have different color coded cords and springs, you just have to add more or remove to get the level resistance you want, but that isn't an inconvenience really. very much worth the $. The only drawback is that it is very haeavy and cumbersome. it is not convenient to collapse and open with each use. I leave it up. so if you don't have the space to do that it might not work for you.

I hesitated on my purchase because the price seemed too good to be true. I wish I'd bought sooner! I love my Cadillac. It's sturdy and I don't worry about using it for any exercise. It came with lo accessories I could want. I was missing a couple screws and the company was easy to contact and responsive and sent my parts right away. I also have a ladder barrel from the same company. I think both together cost less than my name brand reformer. Go for it - you'll be happy with your purchase!

Pretty solid, make sure to look at the dimensions to see if it will fit in your space. I use this for flys, Tricep pulldowns, and curls and it works great.

Love this! The corner piece of the Cadillac was not threaded correctly to fit into the pole. Since I knew a pipe fitter who could help me I paid him instead of contacting the manufacturer. Was around 12 hours of labor to assemble but overall totally worth the expense and inconvenience.

I wrote a review stating that I received my Pilates reformer without any screws or tools to put it together, but I forgot to mention that I don't even have the manual so that I can't see exactly which parts are missing, but I know the parts that are missing are keeping me from using my Pilates machine. I am very disappointed because I'm recovering from total knee replacement surgery and I was hoping to use this as part of my recovery.

This is probably the worst set of assembly instructions I've ever encountered. I've assembled eight or more pieces of furniture recently including building my own “Pilates” -style wall. This has been sitting here for months now collecting dust while I try to wrap my brain around pieces that are not distinct and drawings that are incomplete with a video that does nothing to differentiate pieces for assemble and only served to give me false hope that I could indeed assemble this equipment! Don't bother! Find it somewhere else if you can't get a degree in mechanical engineering beforehand!

Syedee Pilates Equipment Cadillac Pilates Reformer Trapeze Machine Home Gym, order webpage states item is in new condition, I dispute this. Overpriced at $1,100.00. Seller emailed September 17 after I placed the order to explain the item is shipped in 3 separate boxes due to excessive weight, 98lb, 111lb, 138lb. I did not receive 3 tracking numbers to monitor the progress of the shipment, it was delivered early September 20. The 3 boxes were damaged including parts protruding from one box. Stickers boxes alerting me to photograph the boxes upon delivery prior to opening (insurance). I photographed each box before bringing them into my home. I photographed the unboxing to document the condition and how to repackage in case of needing to return the equipment. I sent an email to the seller with the pictures of the exterior of the shipping boxes. The seller continued to send emails to me daily requesting pictures of any damaged items. Building the equipment was delayed because the Instruction Manual Step 1 wooden dowels are too thick to fit into the predrilled holes in the wooden frame, I had to wait to order 60-grit sandpaper to carefully sand each of the wooden dowels before I could proceed to step 2. I very carefully documented everything, I responded to the seller with detailed pictures and descriptions and listing part replacement requests, as well as the missing parts. The seller thanked me for the pictures and details and offered a $50 refund to subsidize the condition of the parts that I requested replacement for, which I refused. The advertisement is described to be in new condition, false advertising. The poor quality of the corner pieces at the top of the metal bars (trapeze) are sloppily soldered and rusted inside, this is not in new and safe condition and was not caused during the 3-day shipping, this is poor quality. Other steel parts have rust, I sent emails-photographs with details, etc. The Carriage Bed is photographed in one piece in the instruction manual, with the headrest preinstalled, however, the carriage bed was packaged, boxed, shipped and delivered to me without the headrest installed and without instructions on how to affix it to the carriage bed and without bolts to secure it in place, I sent the pictures and explained this to the seller who recommended that I use it without the headrest. Impossible. Seller has requested that I send better pictures and more information about what I need to install the headrest. New carriage bed needed. Shoulder rests: inadequate pads and too far apart. Several parts are missing, I requested those to be sent to me, the seller responded that they will ship some of the missing parts and replacement parts in 7-10 days. Seller insists that I need to resubmit more pictures and details for many of the items. Waiting... I requested to return the item for a refund and the seller has not agreed. The photographs on the Walmart webpage are not exactly what was delivered to me.

Complicated to put together, didn't come with all of the pieces unstable.

the parts arrived bent and there is no phone number to call, just instructions for a blind email. I wonder if the parts needed will ever come
