T-fal Tfal Basics Slotted Spoon

The T-Fal Basics Slotted Spoon is very well constructed. It is a heavy-duty slotted spoon – not cheap flimsy plastic. The spoon is dishwasher safe and cleans up as well as other T-Fal products. We are big fans of T-Fal so getting their slotted spoon was a true gift! We know from having many other T-Fal products in the house that it will last the sands of time and won't fall apart after being used for a while. Unlike some name brands, the T-Fal Basics Slotted Spoon is very moderately priced. Sometimes name brand products overprice their items because of their name's reputation. T-Fal has a great reputation, but they still price their products in line with the rest of the market. The same is true for the construction of products – T-Fal Basics Slotted Spoon holds true to the T-Fal name – a great quality product that will outstand the use and abuse of most kitchens! For example, my first T-Fal pan set – I still have the majority of the frying pans and all the sauce pans, including the large Dutch oven. I bought these when we were first married some 32 years ago! Now, I'm not claiming that a plastic slotted spoon is going to last that long in every household, but I know I have other T-Fal spatula for over 10 years, and it still is my favorite!

What can I say about this T-fal Basic Slotted Spoon? It is what it is. As always, T-fal is top notch quality with make and design. This is a basic slotted spoon but that's exactly what we all need when we are cooking, mixing or serving. Great large size, very sturdy and large size for all my needs. I have used multiple times since receiving the T-fal Tfal Basics Slotted Spoon and put on top rack of dishwasher and it is in perfect condition. This is a must have in your kitchen.

TFal makes great products and this basic slotted spoon does not disappoint. It is black plastic that is sturdy and not cheap feeling, so it will not bend under the weight of some food while serving it. The spoon is dishwasher safe but I hand wash to preserve the beauty and integrity of my items. The spoon is classic and will blend with any kitchen decor you might have already in your home. This is a great staple item to have that will stand the test of time. So go ahead and add this spoon to your collection, you will not be disappointed with your purchase.

I am truly a fan of T-fal cooking utensils. They are very durable and versatile. The T-fal Basics Slotted Spoon is good for making dishes that need to be strained as your putting the food on your plate. I love the number of slots that are etched into the spoon. They allow for juices to pass right through but keeps enough food on the spoon to serve. The T-fal Basics Slotted Spoon is very durable. It is heat resistant and dishwasher safe.

This review is for the T-fal Tfal Basics Slotted Spoon. There really is not much that you can say about a spoon but it is a nice spoon. It is strong and sturdy and it is good quality. It is not flimsy and all. I like that it is one solid piece unlike my old spoon that was held together with a screw, which came lose over the years. I honestly do not see this spoon ever breaking. I needed a sloted spoon because my old one recently broke. I use this spoon when I cook pasta or just need to stir something. I love Tfal, they have yet to disappoint me with their products over the years. This spoon is black and matches all decor in the kitchen. I would buy the set of these when and if I can find them. It works fine in the dishwasher which is always a plus that I look for in the products that I buy. There are no complaints here about this spoon. It is a nice addition to my kitchen utensils. I am pleased and like I said I would buy this product again in the future or even sooner if I can.

T-Fal Slotted spoon This slotted spoon is safe for nonstick pans, and it is dishwasher safe. The handle on the spoon seems very sturdy, I believe it will be strong enough for stirring even the heaviest of foods. I also appreciate the size of the slots in the head of the spoon. Sometimes you get a spoon and you can't strain much with it. This seems like it'll get the job done. At 13 inches the spoon has just enough length to get into a good size pot. A slotted spoon seems like a simple object to have in your kitchen, but it can make all the difference when you are making a meal. Buy quality tools, and you can make quality meals. I highly recommend this spoon.

This T Fal slotted spoon is a cooking essential. I love that it is a strong/sturdy spoon. I hate trying to separate ground beef with a flimsy, bending spoon. This one is nice and strong and doesn't bend when I put pressure on it. The slotted spoon is perfect when the meat is done and I need to move it to another spot. The grease drains right out of the spoon. No need for a strainer. It is a really nice looking spoon too.

I have been looking for a large Slotted Spoon I could use in my cookware, as well as to use for a mixing spoon and I have found it! This Slotted Spoon, by T-fal, is exactly what I needed. The Spoon is made of nylon, so I have no worries that it will scratch any of my cookware while stir- ring. I like to bake, everything from cookies to bread to cakes, and needed a long handled Slotted Spoon that is sturdy enough to stir through lots of flour and stiff ingred- ients, and this works wonders. It also makes a great serving spoon for my larger bowls, to either drain vege- tables when scooping out individual servings or something solid like mashed potatoes or macaroni. My Spoon is dishwasher safe, so I can wash it with no worries that it will melt or break. The total length of this Spoon is 13”. I am glad I was finally able to find this large Slotted Spoon!

The Tfal Basic Slotted Spoon is a great little kitchen utensil to have! I have been able to use this slotted spoon many times during my cooking. The handle is great on this slotted spoon because it doesn't slip out of your hand very easily. The slots in the spoon are just big enough that I could strain corn, green beans and more! This slotted spoon is super easy to clean too. You are able to just throw this in your dishwasher and not have to worry about it. The plastic is nice and sturdy so you won't have to worry about this thing breaking anytime soon. I like that there is a little groove on the top of the handle that allows your thumb to rest there when using this slotted spoon. I also like that there is a hole in the handle so you are easily able to hang this up if you wanted to. The plastic is non-stick so I've noticed that a lot of items just slide right off the spoon which is great. I've even use this slotted spoon when making mashed potatoes and the mashed potatoes just slid right off very easily. This really is a great versatile utensil to have.

Tfal Basics Slotted Spoon is high heat resistant to 480°F, hygienic one piece design large serving and draining spoon- This is the best I've ever used and this is from many years of cooking. The single form design is flawless - no more silicone tops separating from wood sticks super heat resistant, easy to clean - just well made all around. I use a cooker a great deal and needed a soft non-scratch utensil that would allow me to reach into the pot on our kitchen stove and stir things up, remove roasts, whole chickens, etc. with ease. This non scratch spoon is made with material that is amazing, it cleans up in the dishwasher like a dream, the steel reinforcement in the handle makes me confident these utensils will last a long time...and the extra length is fantastic!! This replaces a plastic handled slotted spoon I've had forever. I feel like this is a safer choice and I'm delighted to have the opportunity to do a review. Just a nice spoon, great for not scratching non-stick pots. It has a nice look and feel to this spoon and seems very durable assuming it won't be touching a burner on the range. Works nice when serving pasta, vegetables or rice!
