[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Indian cuisine is hit or miss for alot of people, myself included, but to be fair, all cuisine is either things you like or don't. I LOVE THIS. This is my fi4st ti.e trying one of these meals, and OH MY...it was delicious. Vegan style foods aren't usually something I go out of my way to try, but I figured mushroom marsala...i greatly enjoy making chicken marsala from scratch, so to be able to try a different take on it, vegan or not, I figured why not. Paired it with some basmati rice, and I was in heaven. 9.75/10 love this, just with the packet was larger.

The mushrooms and potatoes were tender and the sauce has rich and savory flavor with spices without being too spicy. I paired it with riceand it made a satisfying meal. It's a great option if you want something quick. Easy to bring to work too.

I just made a serving of rice to go with it, and quickly microwaved the masala and poured it on top! Really great flavor, not too salty, the mushrooms tasted fresh, and I easily gobbled up the whole thing. Definitely would buy again!

This is a lovely, flavorful masala. I had it over a baked potato (there are never too many potatoes in my opinion) and it was a perfect, easy dinner after a long day. This is not a spicy-hot masala; it is very flavorful, but not hot. I highly recommend this.

I tried a couple Tasty Bite meals before and I’ve always enjoyed them. The Mushroom Masala was no different. I love the convenience of the microwaveable packs. They make it easy to quickly prepare a filling and mostly nutritious meal in no time. I prepared the mushroom masala over sticky white rice with fresh cilantro and green onions on top. It tasted great and was very filling. The package says it has medium spice but I found it to be very mild. I love the combination of mushrooms and potatoes. I feel like this could be a stand alone meal or added as a sauce to any protein. I will definitely be buying these. Highly recommend!

I keep buying this meal because it's so yummy. I would recommend it to others who like mushrooms.

I like that you can make it with rice or maybe add some protein or something else to make it your own.

However, I think the sauce is a little too watery and the flavor is just ok. I really like how easy it is to prepare though, just 1 minute in the microwave in the original packaging is so convenient!
