Organic Tasty Bite Madras Lentils, 10 oz, 8-count

A bit on the expensive side for a bean dish, and overly saucy... making this more of a lentil soup. Getting the product out of the pouch leaves about one mouthful of food in the pouch.

This is this is truly tasty and actually does not have any taste of in Indian spices. It actually taste closer if not exactly, like burrito filling but jnstead of beans they use lentils . I buy these by the case so I can always some in stock. 100% recommended.

One of several Tasty Bite entrees, it's always in my pantry and eaten at least once a week. I add melted cheese on Baducco's Toast and break it up into crouton sizes. Super delicious. Nothing else needed.

This was so tasty (as advertised!) and so filling. I am planning on using it as a sandwich filling, soup base, with hummus, etc.

I had a sample of this at Costco and was worried that it was too spicy. It is mild and absolutely delicious! I've been buying it ever since and have others buying it, too. Add beans, rice, quinoa or meat to it for chili. Put it over a baked potato, whole grain pasta or tortilla chips. Melt cheese on top of any of these! I've even added cinnamon and/or a little cocoa powder for a Mexican-style mole or Cincinnati chili-style sauce, which smells wonderful! It's very versatile and so easy for one or two. You'll need several packages for a larger group and depending on whether it IS a meal by itself or a sauce on something else.

This is my favorite Tasty Bite product. It's my favorite hot dinner when I don't feel like cooking. I add chili fixin's like cheddar cheese, and Greek yogurt to make it really satisfying.

This Lentil mix is the best! We serve our seared salmon steaks on top of this-We heat it in a pan, not the microwave, Honestly, they are so delicious that one person could eat a packet By themselves.

Thank you for providing this product through Walmart, these are my favorite for a quick and delicious meal. I wanted to share that one of the packages got destroyed, probably somewhere in the shipping process and there were beans and lentils everywhere inside the box! Luckily only one package out of eight, so no big deal. Maybe this review will help with the packing process for future orders. Thank you.

NEVER Received!! Was marked as missing on July 2. I request a refund and it says the item must be returned before I am eligible for refund. I go to contact the seller and “magically” it was marked as delivered on June 29.
