It was a clearance product, usually I will never be able to make it by going to the store and buying most of the time is OOS when i reach there, but the website was so user friendly, I was able to quickly buy it and payment was very quick. Also the timely updates provided during the delivery was amazing and it helped us to plan. thank you walmart team

Took it out of the box, plugged it in and it worked. Setup was trivial and accomplished using the wand so put batteries in the wand and go to town. Haven't setup any of the Google features yet and may never do so. HDMI inputs work and are easy to turn on so you can actually use this TV without having to sign up for Google proprietary services. Previous TV purchased pushed Roku subscription services with absolutely no user manual references about how to select the HDMI inputs. For the best since when activated they didn't actually work.

The design is very good. I was impressed by the crisp picture quality. The operating system is highly responsive and smooth, making navigation easy and enjoyable. Considering the price, this TV offers exceptional value. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to purchase a new TV.

I just got the TCL 43Q51BG, and I'm really happy with it! The picture quality is awesome—everything looks super sharp and vibrant. Watching movies and playing games on it is a real treat with the 4K resolution making everything look so detailed and clear. Setting up the TV was a breeze. The instructions were easy to follow, and I had it up and running in no time. Connecting to Wi-Fi and installing apps was really simple, even for someone who isn't super tech-savvy like me. Tons of over the air channesl and free streaming content.

Further, the TV comes at an exceptional value given its price tag. This is a truly immersive viewing experience at a bargain price.

So far the tv has been great. For the price and upgrade features you can't beat that. Also Walmart delivered very quickly and brought it to my front door

This item was not usable and broken upon receipt. I immediately went to return it and have yet to be able to do so. Have spent hours on the phone being told I'd get a FedEx pickup, then being told I'd receive a label for return, and still nothing. Broken TV still in packaging taking up space, and getting the run around every time I call, plus no money back is the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Do not buy from Walmart online or waste your money on Walmart plus. It's a scam.

I DID NOT RECEIVE THE ITEM??!!!!! HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ITEM. JUST LIKE BEFORE......THEY TAKE YOUR ORDER, TAKE YOUR MONEY, AND THEN STRING YOU ALONG OVER SOMETHING THEY SAY IS SOLD OUT......well, if it is sold out stop wasting my energy, and time. Check your inventory....AI.........or whatever before offering to the public.

I didn't receive my item on the scheduled delivery day. The Walmart associates arrived to my home at the scheduled delivery time on Sunday, September 8th to tell me my TV was not on the van and another delivery person would deliver it. That never happened. Then took it upon themselves to add notes in the system to say they attempted to deliver it. I contacted customer service and the representative had no idea when on if I would get my TV. Because Walmart didn't do their job, it was not my job to work as a Walmart associate with no pay or compensation for it. I did not receive the TV until Monday and that is only because I sent a family member to pick it up. No one called me to ask if I still wanted the item or if I still needed it delivered. No one cared and I no longer care. You can forget about me purchasing with Walmart anymore. The same CHEAP TV is at BESTBUY, TARGET and other retailers with none of the bull to go with it. I will tell the truth everywhere about Walmart!

Didn't receive it! Got delayed and then cancelled. Missed out on other cyber Monday deals because it took days of delays and you then cancelled my order because it was out of stock.
