TCL 55" Class LCD TV

Don't think about it, just by it! The quality of this TV is unmatched. The delivery was perfect. I was nervous about ordering a TV online due to the reviews i read about receiving damaged TVs during transit, and the return process was challenging because i live on the 4th floor. My entire experience from the notifications, the tracking updates via text messages, the welcome emails, and the fed ex delivery. The picture of this TV is better than the movies. The only doubt i have is not listening to my intuition and purchasing the larger TV, such as the 65-inch TLC TV with the same 4K QLED, HDR, etc. I would like to shout out the guy off of YouTube who did a comparison on the best TV purchase in a category of 4 TVS. this model ranked best of them all. There is a higher quality and density in this brand. it's twice as expensive. If i was into sports, i would've purchased that TV during black friday Thanks TLC

T.C.L " 55 "inch is actually 48" long and 27and a 1/2 " wide out of the box... It came early and very well packaged. It has a Great Pitcher. For the money yes I'd buy again,, And yes I'd recommend this tv..

This TV has been great so far. Great picture, pretty good sound. I like the Google tv menu, which has many offerings. There is a lot to this TV. It's the best $290 delivered 55" set I've seen. I like the remote, but I wish it was backlit. I recommend this TV.

For the price you cant beat it has HDR10, gaming mode, and the google tv dashboard is similar to a mobile device or chromebook if youre familiar with that youll be able to use this no problem. Solid 4k, people metion the sound Ive had no issues, picture looks great, games look great off my gaming laptop, isnt very heavy got it on my fireplace mantle myself no issues, and was thin enough to put it up there. If youre looking and can get it at a price point around $250 like I did, I can certainly get behind grabbing one.

TV is fine. There are apps you can not uninstall and they just take up space in TV's home screen. Major disappointment was that the remote stopped working in a couple of months. The warranty team after 10 emails back and forth declined to honor the warranty because the serial number sticker was torn from a corner. Imagine that. Although the TV itself shows the serial number in system settings page and I shared a photo of the serial number screen, but they still declined to honor their warranty because of a stupid sticker not being perfect.

Both TVs received were broken. One had a cracked screen and second had a screen defect. The return experience was easy but for the 2nd trick. Arrived at the store on Gerber Rd in Sacramento a little after 6:10AM, but was told no one would be available until 7AM. I had to wait, as no one in the store could perform a return. Also, when the person came in they proceeded to tell me to by TVs from Costco or Sams Club because they have better return polocies.

This was a clearly previously opened box. There was damage and the inner plastic bag wrapping was pulled away for inspection and it could not have been done without the box previously being opened. these straps around the box were extremely loose, so loose in fact that I was able to use them as handles to carry the product up a staircase in my home. I am disgusted with what has happened and this will be returned at a convenient time. being that this item was not in stock for a long time, I suspect I will probably have to get a different model because this is probably some special Black Friday deal thing.

Bought it dec 1st, said it was in stock at local store, same day delivery. then was told it was delayed to the next day. Then was told it was delayed and coming from Florida. 10 days later I received a busted up re taped box with a broken tv inside! Wanted to exchange for a new one but its only offering a refund. Priced the same exact tv and model number and its now $100 more!! same thing happened on a black friday purchase that went up in price by $20 on a $40 item after i picked up a mislabeled item from store pickup....refund only...

This could have been a good TV, but when it was delivered, it had several 'dents' in the box. When I unboxed it, it looked fine, but when I plugged it in, there were cracks all over the screen. It was returnable to the store, but it was only available online, so I wasn't able to exchange it. Also, I purchased a 2-year extended warranty, which was not returnable, so I lost that money. For this reason, I will never purchase an extended warranty again.

I ordered this tv for my mom. I hate I mentioned it to her because I never recieved it. It stated that it would be delivered the next day if I order it within 8 hours, and I did.. well I received a message every day for like four days that it was coming in the next day. Never came! I canceled that order and place another, even though the Black Friday sale was gone now. Guess What?? I never received it either. It was canceled by Walmart for "whatever" reason. Very bad experience. I am so disappointed with Walmart!! by the way, I'm a Walmart customer
