these Boba are as good as they get! My grandkids love the flavor and I plan to try yet another flavor next time! It's so nice to be able to make them something for a tree that doesn't cost $10 to buy! now I can treat my granddaughters and their friends for a minimal cost! Plus, I bought so many I can freeze them. They're not 100% as good but they're good enough.😍

This is a large container for 2 people so what I do, is put some in a lidded water bottle and refill as needed instead of hauling the large container out of the fridge every time I use it as it needs refrigerated after opening, as does my smaller bottle. This brand has a good taste also.

The product is fantastic, the delivery was on time, but the packaging was horrible. It came with the lid cracked and juice dripped out so bad the box was falling apart. i was able to save about half of the container. i tried to get a refund from Walmart but they wanted me to bring it to the store and I wasn't taking that mess all the way to town. i will just think about ordering a different brand next time.

Excellent taste. The protective plastic film is a bit hard to remove in a fast-paced festival atmosphere, so have a sharp knife handy, as well as a strainer, because there is plenty of spare juice. Overall, excellent product, and we will purchase again.

This item is great once I received it. I ordered 3 times, the 1st 2 packages didn't make it to me as it was damaged in shipping. Once I finally received I can see why it never made it to me, the first 2 times. The bubble packing around it is great but the box needs to be sturdier.

I'm so sad to say this because, honestly, the product is perfect, but that's only if you get it. I've ordered 3 separate times and have only received it once. I'm aware it's a shipping issue, not really a product issue. I just want others to know not to rely on it. Maybe if the package were labeled fragile, it might make it. It's just extremely unfortunate. If I knew it was reliable, I would have it as a subscription. I must say the seller has been great, providing refunds on the packages that never made it. I just want others to be aware.

Outer package was dripping, wet from inner package being busted all the syrup had ran out of the Boba. It was a horrible mess. Tried to ask for a refund and they wanted me to send it back in the packaging that had already been thrown away for all the mess that had been made, and I have pictures to show it.

While delicious, most of the pearls were popped, so it was not a pleasant sensory experience. I will be sticking with their peach variety. Also be warned. Their customer service leaves a LOT to be desired. They are completely unhelpful. If I wasn't addicted to the peach pearls I wouldn't shop with them. As it is, as soon as I find a new vendor, I will be switching over.

Seller does not package items adequately. Ordered twice, and neither made it to my home; the items were damaged in transit and undeliverable. Walmart is refusing to process my refund, even though their website shows that the item will not be delivered. Save yourself the aggravation; order elsewhere.

A. I bought this for my grandchildren and when we opened it, it had leaked because the seal was torn on it. I had ordered it online from Walmart and then tried to return it. But because I was late in returning it, they would not accept it and not give me my money back!! I was late in trying to return it because of severe back pain after falling. I could not bend down and lift anything. I contacted my bank to investigate, but I would rather be able to take it back to the store so they could observe the damage. I still have the item so it can be examined by Walmart so they can know that I’m being truthful. B, If there’s damage on an item, etc. there should not be a specific rule for returning the item, especially if the customer is injured and cannot return the item within the allotted time..
