This is the best mattress topper that I have ever purchased. My body aches and pains lessened immediately. I will add that there was a very small defect in the topper. It has been replaced at no cost to me very efficiently. This was a great service And a great product. Thank you!
Long story short I am in my mid 20s and have had chronic back pain for over a year now. Our mattress toppee we had was so soft I sunk into it and was very uncomfortable. We bought the extra firm temperpedic mattress topper and its been the best $500 ive ever spent. Zero complaints about this product!
I'm a side sleeper and i find this supports my hips and back, plus it is cooler than the previous latex topper i had.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was tossing and turning on my mattress and my hips and lower back hurt every single night when I was trying to sleep. I decided to get a mattress topper instead of spending thousands on a new mattress when mine was only five years old. This mattress topper has changed my life. I sleep through the night without any pain and I sleep in one position.
We received the mattress topper with no problem. The problem is that the zipper to the removable cover was stuck. It was so stuck, we couldn't do it by hand, that we had to use a long-nose plier to make the zipper glide so that we could take the cover off to wash it. After washing and drying and placing the mattress topper inside of the cover, it was, likewise, very difficult to get the zipper to glide and the only way was to use the long-nose plier again to zip it back up so we could sleep on it that first night. During this process, the tab part of the zipper broke off. Has this problem occurred with anyone else? And finally, what would the chances be if we request a replacement topper cover (with a new one that glides well on the zipping)?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does raise the height of the bed significantly. This can be an important consideration especially if you are vertically challenged in the first place. But I have found that it's worth the effort.
We have bought Tempur-Pedic products before and this one just doesn't compare well with the others. It was a little short for a full-size mattress, the size ordered. The one thing I do like was the straps at the 4 corners and it is comfortable. We have it on top of the older Tempur-Pedic mattress topper and it seems to work. The price also seemed too much for what we got.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered the king size topper with cooling. It's extremely heavy and was difficult for one person to handle. Once on the bed, it never stayed in place and would shift constantly, in spite of having a cooling mattress pad over it. It also was no cooler than my Tempur-Pedic mattress. It was also very mushy and soft and I prefer a more firm mattress. I took it off and I'm donating it. It's fine if someone prefers a soft mattress but I don't.
Decent topper. However, it did not come with the cooling cover which I intended to order. I reached out several times to Walmart customer service who claimed they sent messages directly to Tempurpedic and no one ever responded about how to resolve. Pretty disappointing.
I used to have an older version of this topper and wanted to replace it. Big mistake. Instead of using the denser foam, they have replaced it with a cheaper version. Does not support at all. I bought it in order to have a bit more comfort on top of a mattress that is too firm, but the topper is so flimsy, I just sink right through.
