This ointment was exactly what I needed to help heal my nose after having had an artery in my nose cauterized twice to help keep my nose from bleeding due to a medication that I take. It has a gel-like consistency and is easy to spread on the inside of my nose and being an antibiotic, it helps the healing process.

My Dr told me that neosporin has is not the right thing to put on cuts or abrasions. All Dr's recommend Bacitracin. The healing went much faster and it's easier to work with.

I received the wrong item. I ordered the clear ointment, but I received the zinc ointment. I donated it to the homeless shelter.

i wanted just bacitracin. but instead i got bacitracin with zinc. company was contacted n they never responded. BAD COMPANY when the send the wrong product n then they wont correct it!!!

impossible to squeeze out of tube. contacted manufacturer to asl for troubleshooting and they never responded. had to throw out

The main label says Bacitraicin. Until you read the back label small print you do not see that it is actually bacitracin zinc. Not just bacitracin. There is a difference. It's annoying that the vendor misleads customers by hiding the zinc ingredient.

I specifically ordered the one without ZINC…. Why was the one with zinc delivered?

Like other reviewers got wrong product delivered! product contains zinc. ordered plain w/o zinc!
