I recently made a batch of pumpkin soup using the Thai Kitchen Lite Coconut Milk in place of the evaporated milk I would normally use. I was not sure what to expect because I had never used, or tasted, coconut milk before. The Thai Kitchen Lite Coconut Milk made my soup extra creamy and delicious! This coconut milk blended into my recipe so easily and created a smooth sauce for my pumpkin orzo. I'm looking forward to trying the rest of the can in my overnight oats, especially since it's not too thick and doesn't seem to separate or require much shaking. Wow wow wow it's exactly what I've been looking for. Super creamy but non artificial and you can tell it doesn't have any fillers. I used it in drinks, smoothies, waffles, oatmeal, sauces.

We use coconut milk in a lot of dishes, and Thai Kitchen makes my family's favorites creamier and so delicious! It's also great for desserts. This is definitely a high-quality coconut milk compared to other brands.

Thank you Thai Kitchen for the free product! I substituted Thai Kitchen Gluten Free Lite Coconut Milk in my favorite Thai Chicken Curry. I usually use a full fat coconut milk and was pleasantly surprised that neither my family nor I could tell the difference. I will purchase this product going forward as a healthier substitution in recipes that call for the full fat version and encourage you to try it.

I had ordered coconut cream and they substituted it with coconut milk. The coconut milk cans are still sitting on the shelf and I bought the coconut cream from a different store.

This was substituted for Coconut cream. I would rather have had the regular coconut milk. Going from cream to lite wasn't a good choice to sub.

This can had a dent in it and I don't purchase things that have dance. I'm a little weird about that. So I'm not really happy that I got a can with a big dent in it like they were just trying to get rid of it.
