The Biggest Loser: Calorie Knockout

great workout. Makes me sweat and lose inches. Love the way you either do whole workout dvd or choose which ones to do if you have limited time. I bought several Biggest Loser dvd's and alternate them every day. Keeps me motivated and not bored and also keeps my body from getting used to the same workout.

This video kicks butt! For reference I am very active and fit have done P90X, Turbo Fire and Hot Yoga. Yet this video exceeded my expectations. The first workout with Anna is fun and hard. The second workout with Bob is the hardest in my opinion. It is amazing how difficult he makes it! The third with Dolvett is awesome too. You can go quicker for a more intense version or slow it down if your a beginner. The only opportunity I see is the form used by the people in the video. Do not follow their form. Stay straight up shoulders back and chin up. I LOVE THIS VIDEO and will by more variations.

I have been doing this for a little over 2 weeks now into my regular cardio workouts and i lost so many inches within the first WEEK!....im not kidding this video makes you SWEAT...bobs workout is the hardest in my opinion it makes you sweat so much in the downward dog position the sweat hits my living room floor ....its a great workout and it tones your body as well..i think its a great workout!

This workout wasn't for me. I did work up a sweat, but it's more squats, lunges with weights then anything. I don't watch the show but going by the box I thought there would be more high cardio then what was offered.
