Highly Recommend!
Fantastic fresh smell upon opening the bag. Used in homemade pizza sauce and the flavor was great! I plan to use for other recipes calling for garlic and for making my own freshly ground garlic powder.

I tried using this with olive oil and spices for dipping bread because I noticed other reviews saying it was good for that. Well, maybe the formula changed or it's just me but I found the garlic to be extremely hard not pleasantly crunchy. it feels like I'm trying to chew up tiny sharp slivers of seashell, like mother of pearl or something.
