I use this natural orange peel for my homemade Electrolyte (you can use it in Europen style pastries also in lieu of lemon peel). Use it in many cooking and baking applications. If you're motivated to make your own, you can save 95% of the cost. Recipes are online for the $$ top selling brands. I do grind into a powder with a coffee grinder.

Everything I've ordered from Spice Way, and I do order some oddball spices, they send fresh, top quality. This is to try some Chinese style Orange Shrimp... but I did add some to a teryaki sort of marinade for kal-bi, and came out quite tasty.
