A much needed aid for anyone
The written description is exactly what it is and what I was shopping for. I'm handicap and needed this to help me climb inside my shower tub . Money well spent,

Adjustable step for rehab.
I purchased this to help with rehab after surgery. I like the adjustable height. Start lower and then raise as you progress. No lip on edge so you don't trip when raising and lowering your feet.

Solid for Home Use Only
This board works, but only if you treat it gently. It's NOT a ‘throw it in a gym bag' kind of product. It works in a tight space and can hold someone who is not petite, but I would NOT recommend it for those with large feet, or those who need it on-the-go.
