The Step Original Aerobic Platform, Health Club Size, Four Original Risers, and Streaming Videos

It works moderately well to increase shine on porous hair. I can't get past the smell. It is supposed to smell like grapefruit, jasmine, and cedar wood. It is awful! It smells tolerable in the bottle but once on my hair, it almost smells like a vanilla candle mixed with a bad body spray. It definitely has a “cheap” smell to it and not like salon products. It also gave my colored hair a brassy hue from residue. The product went in the garbage

I thought the price was a little bit high however I live in a rural area and would have to drive into a major city where I know I can get it slightly less. I appreciate though the ability to get it delivered straight to my door and the extra cost outweigh the gas in time

Love this step. Same as one I used in gyms years ago. Sturdy and well made. Some buyer reviews stated this came with DVD, but it does not. I purchased a couple videos on Amazon fire stick and am well pleased. Great exercise as I remembered from past.

This is a made in the USA product so the price is a little steeper but this is the one you want. It's the same step bench that most gyms use and they are very durable. I'm sure it will last a lifetime. It's actually a little bit more improved than the ones I'm used to seeing in the gym, those have ridges on the black surface but this one is a little smoother. I am happy with my purchase. It also comes with a step dvd with 2 workouts on it. I'll get around to trying that out one day too. If you are looking for a step bench this is the one you want. I wouldn't go cheap for it. It has tons of surface space. I lay down on it for bench presses and it's long and wide enough for my entire back and head. Very comfortable.

This is exactly what I was looking for, just like the ones in the Gym. My only concern was that it would slide on carpet. I use it in my carpeted basement and the step stays where I put it. It's heavy enough that it never slides on carpet. I also comes with a DVD. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking to workout at home.

Very good quality! I use it every day. It's great for cardio, endurance, balance, flexibility, strength, stretching. No maintenance required. Easy to store away. It may cost more than other step platforms but, it's worth it! Do something for yourself!

After hip replacement surgery, physical therapy involved using a smaller unit at the site; balance was an issue there. The therapist recommended twice-daily exercise use of a step unit at home. This unit accommodates a heavy person, is easily height-adjustable in 2" increments, and provides great stability not found in less well made units. Further, the width allows side-steps as part of the exercise routine. IMHO, the best of the lot ... :)

I LIKE THE ORIGINAL STEP. IT IS SOLID, DURABLE AND STABLE. IT DOES TAKE-UP A LARGE FOOTPRINT, SO IT IS NOT FOR EVERYBODY. I WOULD LIKE IT MORE, IF WAS A LITTLE SMALLER. THE OTHER STEPS DIDN'T THRILL ME, SO I GOT THIS ONE. IT DOES SUPPORT 300LBS. AND THAT IS A GOOD THING. IT IS AN EXCELLENT VALUE. I PURCHASED A PAIR OF ADDITIONAL RISERS TO BRING THE STEP HEIGHT TO 10 INCHES, WHICH IS THE MAXIMUM HEIGHT RECOMMENDED FOR THE STEP. YOU CANNOT GO WRONG WITH THE ORIGINAL STEP. IT IS SIMPLE TO USE AND YOU CAN GET INTO GREAT SHAPE BY USING IT. I JUST STEP UP AND DOWN, NOTHING FANCY AND I FEEL I AM GETTING A GOOD WORKOUT. IT IS LOW TECH AND IT WORKS.

After 20+ years of faithful service, I realized that my old step bench needed to retire. I knew I didn't want a cheap short bench (been there. HUGE waste of money) so I scoured the internet looking for a suitable replacement (the step bench I had has been discontinued). I was surprised to find a step bench of this quality and reputation at such an affordable price. The site to store option was a blessing AND its made in the USA!

This is a gym quality step with four risers. Very solid and substantial and does not move around during step aerobics or body pump classes online. Definitely recommend this. It's worth paying a little more to have the quality and stability.
