relief!! wore this after a nasty falla d hit my shin I was wrapping ice cubes in a baggie and towel and it kept slipping off this sleeve is so comfortable and snug on my injury I highly recommend

fits well but is adjustable if needed. stays cold for at least a good 30 minutes whuch is long enough icing time. soft material so is comfortable on skin. a little pricy but worth it since it works

I have not used this product yet for heat, but it works great for cold. I have an elbow that is constantly giving me problems with stiffness and soreness, and this is perfect to ice it down. My wife, as well, has an issue with one of her knees, and this is very helpful to give it a good ice. I like how the product wraps around and can be tightened or loosened to your comfort level with the Velcro that sticks well. This is a great product that I'm glad we have in our freezer for use as needed. 

As someone who enjoys running and is getting older this product is a lifesaver. My knees sometimes need to be iced after a long run. This compression wrap is soft and feels comfortable against my skin. It stays cool for about 20 minutes and refreezes quickly. I haven't used it for heat, but I do enjoy the dual function.

This is perfect after an intense workout or a long day of golf. I come home and either heat it up or have it in the freezer for a cold treatment. It's works wonders on my sore and achy muscles.

This compression wrap feels very soft against your skin. It will wrap around any area needing compression. It is well made and appears to be very durable.

This was purchased due to a Red Cross phlebotomy blood draw mishap that did some nerve and soft tissue damage. I would Red Cross advised me to purchase this for which I was reimbursed to help with the healing process. I really like that the product is snug and hold its position very well requiring very little if any manual adjustment. However, it takes approximately two hours for this to get cold in the freezer and that cold dissipates in less than 15 minutes I would have preferred a product that can hold the cold for a longer closer to an hour or two hours before it's basically warm.

I love how simple is the packaging and easily understand. Product itself is good especially with knee discomfort. Texture feels good to the skin, hopefully it will not worn out easily

husband has knee pain but this product would not stay up if he walked . could only be used laying down.

Really wanted to love this. When I put it on I thought it was great but it quickly slipped with minimal movement despite trying to re-wrap. I also have found it does not last as long as basic cold wraps. For the cost it should do better
