Used this when camping in Colorado where we constantly have biting flies, gnats, and mosquitos. Even the people around us were VERY appreciative!!! This is amazing!

First time trying it out, works as expected, no naits or mosquitoes but did see few flys. Overall it seems be good product

We have a major problem with mosquitos in our yard. I purchased this after reading several reviews and decided to take a chance. It actually works. It is important to follow the instructions and turn it on in the area you are going to use it for 15 minutes before you remain outside.

I've been using and loving Thermacell products for quite some time now, including some of the older rechargeable units. The EL55 works exactly the same and uses the same cartridges, but incorporates numerous improvements. Most notably, is significantly improved battery life with the lamp off and of course the incorporation of a gentle glowing lamp. I also like the change to a USB-C charge connectorover the antiquated micro on the previous gen. These things work amazingly well and they keep getting better.

Works great and is powerful! Our backyard is a haven for mosquitoes due to bushes and our location. Now we can sit on our patio and enjoy the evening without worry. We don’t spray and like to go “natural.” We already have their portable and “patio shield” products, but this is even better AND is rechargeable! I’m buying more!

I've tried a lot of different devices before using this Thermacell. It really works!! My patio is open on one side. I noticed the mosquitoes that were already on the patio were pushed into the corners. They did not come out biting! Very happy with this purchase! My only wish is that the refills were less expensive.

This has been awesome. It keeps the biting mosquitoes away plus the annoying noseeum/gnats too. No more swatting at bugs, no more having to go inside early and no more itchy ankles for days because I was terrorized by a mosquitos. I love the thermos cell mosquito repellent. I purchased extra for gifts. Happy hour is happy again and can now go long into the evening or linger till the wee hours of morning.

My friend put this out at a party in summer time June and I sat at a bench at least 15 ft away and didn't get bit AT ALL. I'm very prone to mosquito bites especially in the summer. I usually walk outside to the yard and get bit so this thing works!! I bought 2 immediately afterwards

Like the quick turnaround; dislike how the unavailable item was handled - said it could be shipped instead, but in fact was “unavailable for shipping” to my address. If it's simply out of stock, then there should be an automatic and easy means to sinply cancel that item, or replace it wjth the obvious next best thing. Instead I had to mess around for 20 minutes on thd site figuring out how to do both of these things.

Absolute waste of money. Mosquitos seem to actually be attracted to it. I watched them land on it! Don't bother.
