Worth the wait!
I started taking this probiotic daily about 7 weeks ago. I've noticed over the past few weeks that my appetite has been reducing. I'd say I'm eating about half the portions I normally would at the moment. My weight gain has plateaued and I think in a few more weeks I'll start to see results. This works - stick with it.

I don't really have any digestive issues but taking this, my digestion has improved! I bought more immediately, highly recommend

Love this
I started taking it during a course of antibiotics as a suggestion from a friend and am I very glad I did! It helped my GI tract immensely, and I think I will continue taking it after I'm finished with the antibiotics. I went from explosive diarrhea to merely loose stools that I could deal with much easier.

probiotic
I enjoy this product (not always easy to tell if it's doing anything), but my gripe is that y'all use a lot of packaging! Two taped up boxes seems excessive. Have thought about switching just because of that.
