Tried lots of combinations of different products and healthy foods to calm my stomach and relieve IBS caused by antibiotics wiping out my good gut bugs. I've been using FiberMend for a few months now. It was recommended to me to help with gut health and to help with insulin resistance. I take it about 25 minutes before eating to help with satiety and blood glucose spikes. Our food is often over processed and overly sweetened (corn syrup, etc.) - so most people need to boost their fiber intake for good health.

This product is amazing, I have taken many supplements to help regulate and detox. However, this one takes the cake. I have been able to see a parasite pass through. Now I hope it kills the eggs. This product was able to eliminate a major issue in my gut. I had used parasite cleanses etc. This did the job and I wasn't even asking for it to do that.

A scoop of this every morning a has been enough of a little help to ensure that my poops stay consistent and satisfying every day… even through pregnancy! The only day I missed a poop was the day I went into labor. Went right back to being regular the next day. I love this stuff

Seems to help keep me regular and has a goodly amount of fiber. It has Apple pectin, green tea among other things and no taste and no artificial ingredients to make it taste better and that makes for a healthier product.

The container was literally half full. It was sealed too so no chance it was tampered with, they just don't give you the amount you say you are getting. What a shame since the ingredients are great.

FiberMend works well. I am using the bathroom everyday. However, I just cannot handle the taste. I have been using for around 10 days and feel like I cannot get the taste out of my mouth for several hours. I have tried dissolving in water, coffee, and soda. Coffee was by far the best mask but it also impacts the coffee's flavor.
