I like this probiotic, it is in pill form and it is easy to take when I am on the go. This has helped with my bloating. Will continue to use.

Bought this specifically for one of the probiotic strains -- lactobacillus subtillis -- which helps fight off boils. It helps a lot.

I take a very high dose of probiotics daily to keep me from getting sick. I ran out of my other and thought I'd give this one a try because the web had great reviews. I now have a horrible sinus headache and started getting a sinus infection.
The product was easy to use and travel with because it does not need to be refrigerated. I did not see great results with the product.
I have been taking this for 12 days now and my recent period was very long, heavy and spotty and I've been having copper discharge even days after my period. My periods have always been perfectly normal on the dot between 28 to 30 days of my cycle. This started my period 5 days early too. Not fun
