I've been taking the Hormone Advantage for a bit over a month and I can say it helped me. The reason why I wanted to take this was because I have a fibroid and I know that DIM helps with that. I haven't been to the ONGYN yet so can't talk about that yet, but I noticed that helped me with my mood and a bit of weight lost

My Dr. recommended a DIM supplement after I received HRT. The Dr. recommended one that they sold for $80 per month. Way too much for me, I decided to go with Thorne Hormone Advantage because I had been so impressed with their other products, mainly the Creatine! and I'm not disappointed.

I bought it after reading about it in a perimenopause group, and because my breasts were excruciatingly sore for several weeks and my period started coming on day 19 of my cycle, three times in a row. Since taking it, my breasts haven't been sore. I've had some spotting on days 20-22 of my cycle and now my full period on day 35. But it is super light, lighter than it has ever been. I have been sleeping so much better at night. I've even lost 3 pounds. This after a month of use.

I have been using another brand of DIM for over a year now. I wanted to try Thorne Hormone Advantage due to the addition of Pomegranate in hopes I could cut back on the amount of supplements I am taking. However, I do not believe there is any DIM in this product whatsoever. This product lists that it contains 150 mg of DIM, 50 mg more than the brand I normally consume and I went through the worst week I have had since before starting DIM over a year ago. All of the horrific PMDD symptoms came back with a vengeance! I gave it one week but I could not take anymore. Thankfully, I was able to cease using Thorne and went back to the original brand I was using prior and all of my PMDD symptoms went away the first day of consumption.

I don't have much to say except that Hormone Advantage is working for me. It's been about 45 days and I feel better, regained my appetite, starting to lose weight and got my groove back! Thank you
