Thorne has always made quality products. My Functional Medicine Doctor recommended it take this particular product. It's been a few months and it's working.

I only been on it for about a week, to early to know if it is helping. I will do a update in a month or when I feel it is working on me

Was told by my Endo to take vitamin B after being diagnosed with stage 2 type 1 diabetes and postpartum. My glucose levels were up and down even with a diet change. After I started taking this, I noticed it has helped my glucose level slightly. This might not be the case for every pre-diabetic, but I guess I was deficient so it's definitely helping!

I have been using this product for years and now I can get it from Walmart. Hooray

Seems to help with metabolism but not crazy about the after taste. Five stars if not for the after taste.

So far, so good. No stomach issues or problems taking the vitamins. I can't say I see much of a difference at this point, but I'm working my way up to the full dose.

Not only are the capsules humongous, dosage is 3 of them, 2x/day. I tried adding the contents to food so I wouldn't have to take such large capsules but the taste is terrible. I really want to take this supplement but I just can't. Please consider putting this in a different format, powder, liquid, etc. so that this is tolerable.
