This is my go to product when I need to clean up after my cats. I love the pleasant smell, plus it has always stamped out the telling odor that cats can leave.

I have multiple cats and when one of my un neutered cats started spraying, this is the one product that removed the smell. I spent so much money on other products that did not work. I highly recommend getting this.

This is the best bang for your buck when it comes to removing those awful cat urine smells! The direction's are clear and easy to follow. You can put it in your own choice squirt bottle or container, and you save a large amount of money just by doing the mixing yourself. Besides that, I'm sure you want to know if the product actually works in removing those set in cat urine smells...and most importantly YES it does! It's been around 3 months since I applied this to a rug and also to a chaise I had in storage (I loved this chaise and didn't want to throw it away, but I also couldn't keep it in my house. I've been searching for a product like this). With the chaise I actually just poured the product on it, heavily, since this was repeatedly peed on. The rug got some generous squirts on the soiled area. Then you just have to wait, and I love the idea that some chemistry is happening to actually destroy the cat urine. After drying, I was elated that I couldn't smell cat pee anywhere (and I really buried my nose in) but wanted to wait to do the review to see if it really got rid of the smell long term and YAY, it does! I can now say I will bring the chaise back into my home, and the new rug gets to stay as well. You can buy this product pre-mixed and it would STILL be worth the money. But if you don't mind following some easy instructions and can provide your own bottle, this is the product to ELIMINATE that awful smell.

Best enzymatic product I have ever used! It will penetrate drywall and kill odors! I haven't found a product that will do that!

This odor eliminator really works. Tried several other kinds with enzymes or other cleaning agents that did not work. Easy to use and has a fresh scent. But most of all - IT WORKS!

This stuff works! I finally found something that actually works for the stinky odors from my cat's litter box. I spray the litter box before and after each scoop.

Allow me to RAVE about this awesome product that outperforms everything else out there (and I have tried them all). I have bought this 4x now, tried the combo pkg first but I just buy the cheape 16oz concentrate now. One bottle of concentrate makes many, many 32oz spray bottles. I was skeptical about the proprietary oils, but it is truly not a mask, perfumed coverup or fizzy enzyme type like oxiclean. I use Simply Green for my housecleaning, and I use Cat Odor-Off to erase anything cat-related or organic that smells bad. This product finally eliminated ancient hidden pee smells that came with this house and got really ripe in hot weather. It removed it under the baseboards %26 quarter rounds, grooves in the LVP flooring, around walls/door frames sprayed by tomcats, in the concrete of the house %26 patio slab, wherever nothing else worked. Also smelly beds %26 blankets. I spray on freshly cleaned litter boxes %26 cat carriers, also freshening up after scooping %26 stirring litter between whole box cleanings. It's not that there are extra strong chemicals (who wants that anyway?); it is just a combination specifically made for cat-type smells, and they make other formulations of products for other smells. Cat Odor-Off neutralizes smells but doesn't confuse the cats or make them sick. I don't like perfumes either, and this just smells clean. You can use as often as you want since it's inexpensive. When your spray bottle gets low, just mix up another spray bottle full and don't worry about it, because 16oz of concentrate makes so many 32oz bottles. It's a little tricky at first because the concentrate is in a special bottle, so follow label directions on how to tilt %26 squeeze that big bottle to fill the little measuring reservoir without wasting. (You can also mix up soaker for upholstery in the same proportion %26 use a pour bottle instead of a spray.) It is totally safe. They have come out with a Fresh scent now besides Original. Fresh smells like linen, is not citrus which cats don't like, but I prefer Original which has a little vanilla smell but is not sweet. Just be sure to buy the CAT Odor Off with a CAT on the label if it is for cat pee because the manufacturer makes many specialized odor removers. *One note, the ads say it is even safe to spray directly on animals, but I would not do that because they will always lick %26 swallow it. But honestly when I think of how much $$$ I've spent on things that didn't work, plus the frustration that comes with living with animals (who you would never dream of living without), their behavior problems %26 accidents because they don't know any better...but you still want a pleasant house... This product helps us all coexist happily. Animals don't want to live in nasty homes either. I see why vet clinics use it. Just make it easier on everybody and invest $23 in one 16oz concentrate. By the time you have turned it into about 15 bottles from that investment, you will be convinced. It's state of the art.

it works better than anything I've tried so far. I just wish it came in a spray. I was able to bring my rugs back into the house that I hadn't had in the house in months, because they smelled so bad. I'm certainly happy about that. I tried all different types of products, but this one is the best. I really thought I was going to have to throw my nice runner rugs away, but this stuff really helped. Some people have commented on the smell, but it doesn't mix with the urine smell and make some kind of other funky smell. All the other products I've tried mixed with the urine smell and made a sickening smell.

With 9 cats I have accidents sometimes to deal with. I use this after the accident has been cleaned up and treated with another product and given time to dry. This leaves a slight clove/mint Scent to my nose. I do not mind the smell and my cats don't seemed bothered by it. It does seem to help if you have lingering odors but not for use as an only treatment if you have cat mistake issues.

I used this stuff to deodorize the floor in my cat's room, and it definitely got rid of the cat smell..... The problem is that the smell of the product is so over-powering, I'm not sure if it really got rid of the cat odor, or if it just covered it up. It's been several days since I used it (following the directions on the bottle) and now my entire house REEKS of the deodorizer, even after mopping with clear water to rinse the floor and keeping the windows open. I don't mind the scent of cleaners, in general, but this stuff is over the top.
