Thyme & Table 2-Piece Roaster with Rack - Black

Ok, I can't believe I'm writing a review for a roasting pan, but here we are. My last roasting pan got all rusted %26 needed to be thrown out. But I only really use it once or twice a year, so spending $80-150 on a roasting pan wasn't something I was interested in. All the pans under $50 were cheap %26 you could tell. I scoured the entirety of Amazon %26 couldn't find anything that really struck me. Then I decided why not check Walmart just for the heck of it and on the first page, came across this wonder. All black, GOLD handles %26 rack, notable %26 well known name brand, large 17" size and under $30??? Has to be too good to be true, right? I kept reading, looking at the pictures %26 trying to find the catch... there HAD to be one. But I couldn't find one. Reviews were solid, name brand is well known for decent quality products and everything my eyes were telling me said it was worth the shot %26 for only $25, I couldn't really go wrong, even if it was worse than what it appeared to be. When it arrived a day later, I was completely shocked at how well built it was. Very solid, thick material, nothing here cheap. The handles are nicely squared off %26 have a solid yet quality feel %26 look to them. The rack is also excellent. It's curved not that V shape crap which doesn't hold a turkey well, with rubber tips keeping the pan from getting scratched up or making noise. It's a simple product with a simple purpose, all the more reason why I didn't want to spend above $50. And I got something extremely well built, that looks amazing with the deep black %26 bright gold, for half that. This is beyond a deal. If you're looking for a roasting pan, especially for Thanksgiving, look no further.

It's kind of crazy how amazing this looked and it was great for my 12 lb turkey! It held up great and was way too bougie looking for the price. Some users had issues with scratching, I haven't seen any happen yet but I'm sure that will come with time. This was perfect for the holidays!

We gifted this to our son for his first Thanksgiving event. It was a beautiful addition to his cookware, and the gold embellishments made it look expensive. It held his turkey like a champ, and the roasted veggies on the botton were delicious!! It was definitely affordable. Thank you!

We used it to smoke our turkey in this year and it not only fit in the smoker perfectly, it was very easy to wash and clean up. It was super easy to just lift the turkey out of the pan with the rack that came with the pan. Highly recommend!

I was looking for a roasting pan with depth and rack. Saw similar items on other websites but much higher prices. When I went on Walmart app I saw these and loved them. Bought one for me and my daughter

It's a very nice roasting pan but I'll be returning it unused as it doesn't offer enough room for a lot of broth which I need when I make a turkey or capon . I think it would work well for a large roast as well , possibly a rib eye roast

Very solid Sturdy pan and rack with the thoughtfulness of the actual rack handles lifted to permanent up position to accommodate the lifting of meat. NO Burning Fingers or hand

Used once for Thanksgiving and half the pan has burnt marks from drippings that will not come off the flat paint. Not sure why they wouldn't coat it with something nonstick.

Bought this since I was nominated to do our turkey this year. I have limited space, so wasnt planning on ever doing a turkey and having to store a roasting pan. But I didn't want a throw away pan, since I needed a rack. This fit the bill, and what I was willing to spend. Hand washed, and I didnt notice any issues. Cooked the turkey, and pulled it off the rack to cool and carve. Put the turkey juice in a pan to start making gravy. Go to clean the rack as my mom is making gravy and the gold "plating" has flaked off of the rack. ALL over the place. Tons of now silver rack where the golf flaked off. Needless to say, our gravy was ruined. Because the pan juice obviously had gold flakes in it from the rack. I will be taking this back, and would not recommend at all. I can only post a picture of the gold that flakes off the handle as my mom cleaned it. My rack pictures were all too large to post. But the handle gives you an idea.

I'd Recommend If For The Size %26 Durability… However The Gold Coloring On The Rack Started Flaking Off Into The Food. That Is Nasty!!! If You're Going To Buy It. Don't Buy The Gold One, I Suggest Getting The Silver One!!!
