Thyme & Table Carbon Steel Roasting Pan with Removable Rack, Black

I absolutely love Thyme and Table products. We have their pots and pans and have had them a few years. They hold up and are so nice to look at. This roaster is so pretty and well made. It works beautifully and I cannot wait to throw my turkey in it for Thanksgiving!

Beautiful, sturdy, quality, perfection. Perfect for roasting turkey or a huge prime rib. Non stick makes for super easy fast cleaning. You can't go wrong with this roaster.

I ended up buying this roaster at last minute for thanksgiving. The function of the roaster is pretty simple, you have the rack that has silicone padding to prevent it from moving while roasting any short of meat. It was a perfect fit for a 15 lbs turkey with extra room to be able to check the sides of the turkey while cooking. theres enough room on the bottom of the pan in the inside to place any short of vegetables to make a gravy. The only con I have noticed so far is the pan on the bottom(outside) does get scratched easily(the paint scratches off while moving it in or out of the oven). Overall, this is a decent roaster.

just finished up washers this and I love it! it is seriously a no hassle, well constructed and of great value in my kitchen. i can't wait to do a Turkey! My Roast was perfectly perfect and the vegetables at the bottom was simply superb. 1 cup of water, 1 packet of dry onion soyp mix and 3 beef boullion cubes tasted better than ever. Th drippings from the roast and the onion soup mix coatings came together wonderfully. Roll your qet Roast in soup mix and see with this gadget.

This pan worked out perfectly for holding our 20 lb turkey for Thanksgiving! It arrived on time, the turkey tasted great, and it was easybto clean. Love this new roasting pan and will definitely be using again soon. The gold is a little much for me, but otherwise nice style.

The Thyme %26 Table Roasting pan is fantastic! I bought it to replace a Roasting pan I had gotten for free 20 yrs ago. I couldn't have been happier with my purchase. It fit my 23 lb turkey perfectly. The handles are secure, the rack locks snuggly in place and easy clean up. I highly recommend

the pan was delivered loose like it was just pulled off of shelf. no bag no box no nothing just a loose pan sitting on my porch the handles on the pan are so tall it barely fits in the oven had to put the bottom up and rack on the very bottom and the top of an rack on the very top in order to fit it in and with no middle rack obviously it is a pretty sturdy pan with sturdy handles and works well

I got this and cooked a 13.5 pound turkey. Then I cleaned up the pan. And found that all the sexy black coating is very fragile. After cleanup (by hand with a non-scratch pad with hot water and Dawn) I have 2 small scratches on the bottom inside the pan. I didn't use anything sharp in the pan or put a single thing in it other than its own rack, so how and why this occurred is a mystery.. And I have several larger scratches on the outside of the pan, from sliding the bottom of it on the oven rack with a heavy turkey in it. So I'm assuming that after several uses its going to start looking pretty distressed. Therefore, if you're buying it for looks, you'll be disappointed. I really like the handles and the rack, so if you like function over looks, you might still like this pan, as I do. But I'm just very disappointed that it won't stay nice looking for much longer.

Nice looking but very Disappointed in the quality. Bought it for thanksgiving dinner. First time that I have used it and it is already scratched in a number of areas. I only used wood utensils in it. And only cleaned with a sponge. I Do Not recommend this pan. Now that is used I can not return it.
