Thyme & Table Stainless Steel Cookie Scoop

I absolutely love this scoop! The colors are so awesome and it does the job quickly and sufficiently. I love how the cookie dough pops right out and the color of the scoop is so pretty and makes me feel like making more! Of course I have my limit so I can only make so many in a day. But at least it’s enjoyable. The clean up is easy and you don’t need to soak it for any length of time and it comes clean in a minute or two. I will be able to buy more if they different sizes.

I love this rainbow stainless steel cookie scoop by Thyme & Table! It is great quality like I have come to expect from Thyme & Table. I love everything that I get from them it all has been great quality and so pretty. This stainless steel cookie scoop is no exception it is the gorgeous rainbow pattern that they have and it's my favorite, it also has light purple, lavender colored soft grips on the handles that make it so comfortable to use. I used it to make keto snickerdoodle cookies with almond flour and it made it so quick and easy. I scraped the fully loaded cookie scoop on the edge of the mixing bowl and the just squeezed the handle and tada perfect cookie dough ball. This is such a time saver! I loved that the cookie dough balls were perfectly round and flat on the bottom. When I measured the cookie dough balls they measured approximately two inches wide. With this recipe using the two inch cookie dough balls it came out to thirteen large cookies. I'm going to try it on watermelon next and see how it does. I may even try it on ice cream with it being sturdy stainless steel I think it will work with no problem. I love the look, feel, and quality of this cookie scoop and didn't know what I was missing out on till I got it such a time saver, so easy to use and clean. I put a quarter in the picture for size reference.

I love quality Kitchen tools and that's exactly what the Thyme & Table Stainless Steel Cookie Scoop is, a very high-quality kitchen tool, that will provide years of usefulness! On the fun side of things I love the cool almost psychedelic rainbow finish, it adds a little flair to my otherwise bland kitchen tools! But, I am very impressed with the practical side of things as well, the quality of its construction, the high-grade stainless steel, and its precision when measuring out cookie dough or other doughs as it gets every last drop of cookie dough out with one squeeze! Before using I just hand washed it and of course, after using, per the instructions, I also hand wash it, I love how easy it is to clean as well! Nice Job Thyme & Table, you did everything just right with this one! Keep up the excellent work!

If you are are a serious baker, then the size of this scoop is very important to know. That information is not on the scoop or package. It is about a teaspoon less than a #20. Just short of 3 tablespoons. I absolutely love the rainbow finish. This scoop feels solid and well made. The spring is very strong. The gears are a little crunchy, when you squeeze the grips, but they work very well. I am 76 years old and my hands are not as strong as they used to be. However, I scooped out 30 cupcakes with no problem. It was also easy to clean.

This is an attractive stainless steel scooper with an imbedded padded silicone grip. The rainbow effect in the metal is stunning. As an artist, I'm drawn to the unique look of the material--so much that I bought an entire set of rainbow stainless steel silverware years ago (also from Walmart). They still look immaculate to this day... Rainbow stainless steel cleans up super easy in the dishwasher and this scoop is no exception. Even after multiple washings it still looks brand new. I never thought this cookie scoop would be such an extreme time saver compared to spooning out dough with my regular kitchen spoon. Now I quickly make more uniform cookies in less time. *See photo of my husband's favorite high altitude candy cookies: I simply flatten the tops with a silicone spatula after scooping.

The Thyme & Table Stainless Steel Cookie Scoop is fantastic! It was easy to wash up, and I thought it made the absolute perfect size cookies. I like the scoop and I think I’ll be using it for more than just cookies. After seeing the size the cookies came out, I think this will be perfect for when I make tuna or chicken patties. Of course I think it’s also perfect for ice cream, among other things! I love the coloring on this cookie scoop, on the metal it has a metallic rainbow of colors, and as for the rest of it, it has one of my favorite colors, a light purple. This scoop will be an excellent tool to have in my kitchen.

Love this cookie scoop! Its about 4 Tsp if I remember correctly so this make decent sized cookies. The pull is a little heavy and takes some effort but I'm hoping the more I use it the spring will give more easily. Other than that this is perfect! Only downside is it's handwash recommended.

Pros- cookies are roughly all the same size! When it works it plops off beautifully! Not to mention the scooper itself is pretty!! Cons- the scraper doesn't stay in the hole and gets clogged a bit sometimes. About 6 cookies in it got a little difficult. 12 cookies in and I had to use my finger to get it out of the scooper.

When I was asked to receive, try and review the Thyme and Table Cookie Scoop, I was delighted. I have a very old burger and ice cream scoop from the 1960s that came from my Dad’s café where I worked as a kid. It has a large scoop and is great for burgers or ice cream. So I thought a smaller cookie scoop would be great. Well, to make cookies I roll them into one inch balls and get 2.5 to 3 inch cookies. Not so with this device. This is the Cookie Monster's cookie scoop. It makes 5 to 6 inch cookies. This works well for ice cream and that’s what I’ll keep it for, but I don’t recommend it for cookies. The cookie scoop is made from stainless steel and is 8.5 inches long and 2.5 inches wide at the handle. The scoop is 2 inches in diameter and 1.25 inches deep. The trigger is a squeeze handle unlike my old ones that have a thumb trigger. The spring seems to be heavy duty and produces a good resistance. The handles have cut outs on the side, not solid, and have padded inserts in the openings. The metal is fairly thick, not as thick as my old ones but they seem good quality. The problem is the bottom of the handle hits me in the palm and my little finger wraps around on the stop piece which is sharp and pokes my finger. The part that is in my palm is also a little sharp. If I use it in my left hand the gear and handle pinch my skin now and then. I did not have a choice on the color and they sent me rainbow colored steel and lavender colored padded sides. I prefer just stainless steel but I know the younger generation likes these new colors, so I’ll leave that up to you. It does a great job with ice cream!

THIS DOES NOT WORK DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I tried cold dough doesn't scoop. Tried room temp dough. Won't GET OUT OF THE SCOOPER. Worst thing I've ever bought.
