Tide Free and Gentle, 68 Loads Powder Laundry Detergent, 95 oz

I have used Tide Free and Gentle Detergent in powder form and gel packets and I love them both. Our skin is very sensitive in this family, with allergic reactions to many different soaps, shampoos, perfumes, etc. This detergent cleans even our dirtiest work clothes well and keeps us from the rashes and itching we experience from other detergents. I hope they never stop making it !

We are trying hard to cut down on single-use plastics. I've tried online specialty laundry powders but realized I could buy Tide powder in just about any store! It's a bit pricey, but all other powders I've tried have left a light powdery residue. Tide doesn't, plus I've noticed this unscented powder completely eliminates odors in all of our laundry.

I started using this to wash cloth diapers, and have decided to use it as the main detergent for my entire family. It does a good job of cleaning the diapers and our clothes. I also appreciate that it doesn't have any fragrance etc. I would recommend.

I cloth diaper my baby, and this is the best detergent for doing diaper laundry (and everything else). Strong enough to get them clean with no odors or stains, and not overly scented. (Our family all have allergies). We try to be plastic-free as much as possible for the environment and this comes in a cardboard box with just a plastic scoop (one of which we washed off and gave to my kids who love it for the bath and water play, too). In short, if it cleans poop and pee off diapers this well, it can handle all your regular laundry great, too!

I have a top load HE machine and this works well for me. Oxiclean and tide powder in every load gives me nice stain removal even if I forget to pretreat with shout. It will not remove grease, but food stains from messy kids will usually come out. It is really concentrated so I only use line 1 for extra large loads and go less from there accordingly. I really like that I do not have to rinse a cap from liquid detergent every time I do a load. I use on cloth diapers too and never have any lingering odors or skin irritation. I do wish tide offered free and clear powder without optical brighteners for colors and darks but if that is my only complaint I think it is pretty good stuff.

This is the best laundry detergent that is gentle on the skin. I am very sensitive to the standard scented detergents as well as the "free" detergents. This is the real deal, no problems with it. Very little goes a long way and does a great job on the clothes. Getting harder and harder to find.......

I love the powder Tide Free and Gentle because it doesn't have the perfume smell that a lot of other laundry soaps have and it leaves my clothes really clean. I hope they continue to have the powder Tide Free and Gentle. I don't want to use the liquid. I prefer the powder

I have read that power detergent is better for the newer HE machines than the pods and even the liquid. In my family, we have 2 kids with sensitive skin so free and clear is a must. Knowing that this will not leave residue in my washer and being good for my kids skin is great. We have always used a type of free and clear but this might be our favorite. Tide free and gentle is a superb detergent -1) it cleans 2) there is no odor 3) the powder form helps keep down the use of plastic . I do wash for a rugby player and can depend on Tide to wash the dirtiest and sweatiest stuff clean.

Love this stuff! I hate scented laundry detergents and this gets our clothes clean consistently. No powdery streaks and lots of loads for the price. Only downside is it can be hard to find!
