Good as expected
Good enough to hold down an anchor. However, if I am to purchase again I'd opt for a heavier chain for better hold.

Picture Shows Product With Shackles
It did not come with shackles. The picture shows shackles, but it did not come with any. If the shackles would have been included, I would have rated it a 5.
