TINANA Electric Kettle with Stainless Steel Removable Infuser: 2L Borosilicate Glass Electric Tea Kettle , 1500W Boiling Water Pot, Auto Shut Off, Boil-Dry Protection

I purchased this item four months ago, and it no longer works because the plastic melted around the heating element which was a complete fire hazard! Do NOT buy this kettle.

Heats water 💦 n less than three minutes. I have used this tea pot less than ten times and it's changing colors on the bottom of the pot…looks like rust. Shuts off automatically as described. Was going to return to the store, but I had tossed the original packaging.

This kettle started out Wonderful, but after 2.5 months the base burned out. It heated water real quickly and was super convenient.

Immediately rusted the very first time I used it.

This kettle produces rust it's not safe for water consumption

The glass literally broke while boiling water. Only after having the kettle for three days.

It performs well, but the screw in top is not a convenient design. I didn't notice this before purchase. I've used these types of kettles for many years and have never encountered one with a screw top and such a small opening to add water. It works well otherwise, but overall I wish I'd paid closer attention to the details before purchase.

Almost burned my apartment down. The automatic shutoff toggles when the water reaches boiling but it doesn't actually flip the switch to off. Therefore if you leave it plugged in it will turn itself back on with a new empty pot. Do that overnight and you got yourself a fire hazard.

This is really cool..it makes me great tea and it is beautiful when making it..a blue light comes on around the bottom edges. I have an herb garden and I used my own fresh mint to make my first cup of tea and I will never have another tea maker if I can help it. Everybody needs one of these!

it smells like burn plastic when it is warming up the water. the taste of the water is bad to. plastic taste use it about for a week and it stop working. did not like at all.
