it works amazing well. the bedroom is freezing now with it on 68 degrees. I set it up on a platform so it's easy to drain. very quiet running. I purchased 2. would buy again if I need more. easy to install

I have got this AC for my room but I ended up getting another one cuz I get impatient the only thing I had a problem with it came late and I had to return it but I tried it out and it worked really good it was better actually better than the one I had gotten the first time but since I already bought it and I'd use that one longer I went in and it kept it but yes I would recommend this AC to someone if they're looking for one cuz it it's really good

I'm on the second day using it in a small room and so far it cools thing down very good ( I live in Arizona with 100 heat in summer). My only problem was installation, says you need to have a large bucket for constant drainage from a hose attached to back of AC. To remedy this I drilled a small hole in my addon room floor to put the hose in and drain to ground below home. For connecting vent hose to window this was better than my other potable AC. You attach the hose fitting to the plastic window bracket and slid it lock in place then add a screw to secure it, my other one just clamps in place and can fall off easy. On the controls for this AC, very easy on AC panel and remote, you can set an hourly timer to have it turn on or off between 1-24hrs. Unlike my other AC the blower vent can be aimed up or down. Over all nice AC for price.

It's a very nice cooler it does the job. I would have gave it all the stars but it is a little loud to the point every time it goes back on it wakes me up. Other than that it was a great price all Parts included for installation.

Easy to install, except the design of the panel makes it impossible to totally seal off outside air because the edge is not straight, one part is 1/4” wider. I had to use foam to keep out the outside air. Plus my window was longer than the piece. I think having to seal it with foam affects how cold the air is. But it definitely makes a difference. I think it wouldn't cool any room larger.

Overall the product itself is great, no issues thus far. However, I'm highly disappointed with Walmart as my product was delivered over 6 miles away from my home. I had to drive to where it was as those people found me on FB messenger to inform me. I did contact Walmart support and was provided a case number and that's it. That's been 3 weeks now with no communication to this issue. I'd never order online with Walmart again….

The hose is difficult to connect to the window panel before attaching to the window. often falls off. i've has many portable acs and this hose was harder to connect than others. duct tape seemed to help. Thanks for the quick delivery.

I ordered the air conditioner to cool a space without a window. Once I received it I discovered for the first time that it has to have a window to operate. It has been unuseable to me.

When we purchased this unit and it arrived we left the unit upright for over double the amount of time that it said it needed to be left upright before use, set it up and plugged it in and honestly it never got any colder than the fan on it. It's almost as if it made the room hotter. Ended up returning the unit and purchasing a Hisense portable air conditioner from another retailer. After letting it sit for the 2 hours it said it needed to be upright we set it up and plugged it in and let me tell you it's so cold that sometimes my girl gets cold and we have to cut it off. Maybe it was just the specific unit we got that had this problem but didn't want to mess with getting another one of the same units to possibly be let down again.
