There is a slight aftertaste if taken with water. I plan to experiment adding flavoring to the water or just taking a bite of something afterward. Be sure to stir it thoroughly or you can get grit at the last swallow. Not thick or gummy. Have only used for 2 days. Starting with half a scoop. A little tummy rumble the first day, and subtle on the 2nd day. Will know more later.
