I add this to my morning water and sometimes to my water bottle I take to work. Doesn't really have a taste, which is good. I notice a big difference with my anxiety when o take it, definitely having fewer emotional ups and downs through the day. Gets me through my work shifts most of the time!

I have taken a lot of supplements over the years and this one is by far my favorite. The results are great and the effects are as described. The powder form works faster and better for me. I can't recommend this product enough - it does what it's suppose to. In addition this is by far the best price I have seen.

This is an effective, convenient supplement to promote a relaxed state. The powder is easy to measure so the dosage can be adjusted to body size and symptoms. It easily mixes with water or juice.

I usually take a gram of this at night. It helps me drift off to sleep without feeling dizzy or hungover the next day.

1st time using GABA so I have nothing to compare it to. It seems to be effective thusfar but I will need more use to give an appropriate assessment.

Took this 3 x a day for several days. Didn't help with anxiety or make me sleep better.
