I purchased this Garment sack a few months ago, used it a few times I haven't had any major issues with it. I think if the base would be more sturdy when you're trying to steam the garment it shifts a little bit you just have to be careful that you aren't pulling too hard other than that it works fine. I would suggest the manufacturer would design a more stable base.

I did like this product but I had to return it because I purchased a clothes streamer and it came with this same product but I do recommend it

Its quality is not that good, and the lint tool given with this doesn't work and can damage the clothes.

The shipment arrived without all the parts. I will return to see if I can get it replaced with all the parts required. Not happy that this will take up so much of my time!
