Very easy to swallow not rough at all didnt seem to find a flavor i dont really like tasting any capsules in general I just put it in my mouth and swallow thats it I dont find a reason to taste capsules very interesting capsule helped me with my issue reliable for sure

I noticed someone posted a review saying they got sick from this product and in their review they didnt realize they were taking DOUBLE the serving size (2 pills daily instead of 1). This is a high quality supplement that already has a high mg of DIM within it. Do not take double the serving size. *Please read the label carefully. This product is fantastic for men and women. I recommend it to clients regularly, especially people who do not have cruciferous vegetables in their diet. You may get detox symptoms from this product. If you do and feel its too muchtake the pill every other day and gradually increase to one per day. Typically the heavier you detox, the more you need it. Orange pee is a sign your estrogen levels are out of wack and the Dim is doing its job. Ive taken a few different brands of Dim. Thus far, this is the best one Ive found. Hope this helps.

Going through premenopause After two weeks taking DIM I started feeling great.. Im sleeping better... waking up more refreshed... Im not moody anymore... not feeling sluggish ..lost a couple pounds... . Still losing ....I would suggest this to anyone...

So I bought this product because I've read articles that said that DIM helps detoxifies estrogen hormones.. I have estrogen dominance --- so my progesterone is low due to peri-menopause.. I gained some weight, I was 121 pounds for many years, but because of estrogen dominance, I went up to 137.After taking this product, I'm now seeing the scale go down, like fast.. DIM is suppose to naturally balance out hormones.. my estrogen dominance was causing me water retention.. but now it's going away thanks to this product.. I've tried a few other DIM by other companies, this is the only one giving me results. Thank you Toplux .!!

Found out that maybe I was out of balance as I was only sleeping about 4 hours a night and restlessly and this might help and I must admit that I almost stop taking it. That first week was impossible! Leg cramps, headache and sweating. After that I emerged mellow and relaxed- happy. My skin cleared and I drink more water and seems to have cut my ravenous sweet tooth substantially. I have dim on repeat order as well, I'm happy with this product, it's only week three so I'm looking forward to the future.
