Amazing! In am 42 and have had hormonal issues ever since my miscarriage 10 years ago. My cycle was spotty and irregular and after having several doctors tell me that there is nothing wrong I did my own research (yes one of those people). I read up on the power DIM and the benefits it has then decided to order. I have been taking it for close to 2 months and I am happy to report that my cycle has been on time for both months! Amazing product and I will continue to use it!

This has pretty much been a cure all pill for me when I paired it with a Keto diet. I have been struggling for over a year with some lady issues( extreme inflammation, infertility, PMS, pain, etc.) I was told it was endometriosis, but I don't really believe in accepting a diagnosis. I think there is usually always something that can be done pretty naturally that can allieviate symptoms and possiblly turn it around. I have been blessed to experience and see this many times. I had been on an anti inflammatory diet for months and before then I generally ate pretty healthy. Only ate out a couple times a year and usually had a salad with my meal. Nothing had really worked and I'd still end up miserable the 2 weeks leading up to my cycle. I decided to get back on Keto remembering how much it improved my life. After starting it for a month or so I had my yearly appt. and she suggested this to me (I didn't want to take Birth control). Within almost days I could feel a difference. I've been taking this a month and have not had any issues!!!! I don't puke 2 weeks before my cycle, no pain, no swelling!!! It even cleared up my acne pretty good.I am just beyond amazed and grateful the Lord blessed me with such a sweet GYN.I will try to update this later on if it has helped with fertility. I am a body builder and I also compete. My working out partners recommended me this because its it helps me balance my hormonal activities and improve lipid profiles. For these couple of weeks that I had these capsules I am so far loving it and not having to go through having diarrhea like other products gave me

The proof is in the blood work. I have Secondary hypogonadism which led me to testosterone replacement therapy. I get bloodwork done often, and once I added dim I saw an increase in free t and a decrease in estradiol. Ive almost finished this bottle of dim and had blood work done again and this has remained true. For the nay sayers stating they took This and they didnt feel any different, the proof is in the blood work. It just works. So much so that one doctor I was seeing was concerned I was taking too high a dose (300mg) and it would cut out my estrogen all together. (It didnt, its in a normal range taking one capsul per day) most likely its because we have a hard time digesting dim, hence the black pepper extract. Completely back this, its made a big difference for me. This along with a solid multi-vitamin supplement everyday.

First the absolutely wonderful: I had been having migraines nearly every day for a few months. Sometimes they were mild, often moderate, and sometimes severe. I had the same problem years ago, then went through a several year period with only the one or two migraines per month, and then the daily migraines came back. I had also self-diagnosed estrogen dominance, so I started using this. I have been taking 2 per day for several weeks now and have only had 3 mild migraines in that time. I'm loving that!Now, the so-so part: (WARNING this might be TMI) When I was a teenager, I had regular 28-day cycles with very heavy 6-7 day periods. After having my last child, my cycle shrank to 21 days with 3 heavy days and 2 light. I've been annoyed with the short length of my cycle, and am chronically iron deficient, so this was the primary reason I started using DIM. It arrived 2 days before my last period, and I started taking it immediately. There was no effect on that period. This time, It was 24 days from start to start, which is definitely a plus, but I am now on day 6 of heavy bleeding, so I'm not sure how I feel about it. I think that if I were to do the math, over a year I would be losing just as much blood or maybe more, even with a longer cycle. I have not checked my iron recently, so I don't know for sure, but I'm guessing that I'm still deficient.Bottom line: I would rather have the menstrual problems than migraines, so I will definitely keep taking this.
