My husband and I have been using the Total Wireless plans and phones for several years. Easy to order online and work great, love that it's all part of the Verizon network, but at an affordable price.
I like total by zon…it's a great deal! I have the same service as my husband without the contract…and he pays more!
So easy if you dont have auto refill, just enter your phone number and its add in a couple of minutes.

It only allowed me to add it directly to my phone number and now my second line is not working, never had this issue with the ones with codes for each line
It activated my main line and not my second line and I called Customer Support multiple times and no one could help me get the issue fixed. I even got hung up on once the other one gave me a code and said that I would get a call back. It's been about two weeks since then will not buy again and will not re-comment to others this is super sad. They should not sell this if they're not going to give you technical support when it goes wrong for one it should not go wrong. It should work the way it's supposed to. I don't blame Walmart. I blame total wireless and Verizon the company that owns total wireless.
I bought this direct top up, and it only worked for one phone line!!! I ended up having to purchase another top up card for our second phone line. Absolutely ridiculous and was a waste of money!
Second line could not be added
Walmart only give an option for one number and even if you order a multiple line and says it's done it IS NOT!!! Still ended up on the phone with Total for over an hour because Walmart sucks.
