It's a very nice PHONE especially if you're getting for your children it's a nice phone for them to have in case of an emergency My Grandson is five and it didn't take us long to learn how to call home or to call 911 if something was happening that he got hurt and he couldn't find us and if a stranger danger comes up just hit 911 and tell him to come help you so yes this is a good phone for the price you couldn't ask for anything better

This is a really good phone for the price! Plenty of space for apps and pics, runs smoothly and easy to use. Got this as my daughters first phone and she absolutely loved it that I upgraded my older sons phone to this one also. Both are pleased with their phones. No complaints!! Easy to find millions of phone cases to fit it also!

This is supposed to be a replacement of my Samsung but isn't. It is important if transferring data that you enable wireless for both machines. Also the initial going is very rough to discourage thieves and robot or AI intruders.

Don’t update this phone, it will start glitching. At first it was great and no issues. I’ve only had this phone for 4 months or so. And it updated in august and changed to 4G at the top. The galaxy themes make it glitch. The text message boxes flash white to black. The themes are bad for it. I’m not sure if downloading them is good. The storage gets full quickly so I wouldn’t keep too much on here. Periodically I upload photos to someplace else to save. And I delete old stuff. I like the way galaxy phones are better than other straight talk phones and they have better ringtones. But you get what you pay for.

This is the first time I have ever purchased my phone from online and it stopped working in less than a month. It was delivered to me on March 3rd and March 17th it died and will not turn back on. That's TWO WEEKS! The fact that this is not eligible for a refund or a return is very annoying as I did nothing to the phone. I haven't dropped it (quite frankly I haven't had it long enough to drop yet. Every other time I have brought a phone physically in the store it has never given me any problems.

Would not register to a network, network mode shows only looks for LTE/3G or 2G. Phone shows strong signal. But won't pick up in same places as old phone, MESSAGE "PHONE NOT REGISTED ON A NETWORK". My old phones LG, BLU and Nokia all displayed one bar in the same areas and worked!

The phone is too big, too heavy, and doesn't come with a charger! That's right, no charger, just a cable that won't fit a USB port or normal USB charger. Also, Tracfone service is now a horror. I have been a Tracfone customer for years. However, they were recently purchased by Verizon so now they have horrible Verizon style service. All told, it took about three hours to deactivate the piece of trash Galaxy A03s, wipe it so I could try to return it, and reactivate my old phone with the cracked screen. The ancient phone with the crack screen is better than the trash Galaxy A03s because it is a good size, doesn't weigh too much, and can plug into any USB port.

It's a temporary phone for me but the phone sucks, it honestly runs like a computer that has a virus on it that's the best way to describe the phone. One star is to many stars for this phone . I wouldn't waste money on it , not even if it is cheap it's not worth it

Ordered this phone on March 6th, had problems from the start!!! First, they sent a charger with double Universal Plugs...how can I charge the phone? Customer Service tells me that I have to wait 3 weeks for e return shipping label Then trying to set the phone up it send a 2 Step Verification to the WRONG NUMBER!! GO IN PERSON TO WALMART DO NOT ORDER FROM walmart.com I've had nothing but PROBLEMS with walmart.com, and I will NO LONGER BE ORDERING FROM THEM!

The phone arrived without the charger!!!!! I called customer service and they said they would send a charger....still have never received.....can't believe they out right lied!!!!! The phone was cheap enough....so we ordered a cord. Just really wish they didn't lie!
