The service I received from Brandon in the electronics department was great. This phone is easy to use and has all the features a senior citizen needs. Great price.

This is a good phone for the money.....and, there has been some complaint previously about the quality of the camera. I did notice, after a few days, that the new phone came with a peel off protective film on the camera lens. It was a bit hard to remove, but that may be why some folks aren't getting a clearer picture. It's no iphone, but who wants to pay $1000 for a 2 year phone??? Not me!

I really like this phone. I've had it for about a month now, and it's been reliable so far. It has some major pluses for me. A led notification light, a privacy folder to hide apps you don't want to see, facial recognition unlock, two different homescreen themes to choose from, and the ability to choose dark mode, a screenshot option in the pull down menu (I hate the hold down button method of screenshot). It works fast and has good call quality and good speakers. The only drawbacks I have found is the camera isn't great. I've had 8mp cameras before that were pretty good. This one lacks behind them. It's good enough, I have had worse, but it could be better. The screen is hard to see outdoors in the sunlight. And it was a little difficult to find a case for it. To me the pros outweigh the few cons.

Bought this phone for someone in need. I'm not to sure of how well the phone works. The person needed a phone though %26 it was affordable for them. Great deal %26 affordable.

After 5 months of owning this phone the battery suddenly stopped charging. Nothing I can do fixed it and even trying to factory reset it didn't fix anything. Any other phone I've ever owned has remained alive for years (my backup phone I'm using now is so old it stopped being able to update at Android 5) so I'm not hard on my phones. This thing just broke that fast.

This phone sucks! The alarms( especially the morning ones) never go off. The camera quality is so poor. I can only get a good pic if I'm outside in the sunshine. Don't waste your money like I did

This phones ring volume and ear piece volume do not go high enough. Very hard to hear out of. I decided to keep it anyway until 3 days after using it the screen started acting up so I returned it.
