Just what I needed

Allie July 21, 2026

I am so glad I found out about 40,000 volts! I was having terrible leg and foot cramps, and could never get the right electrolytes in me. Since using this I have noticed that I don't get the cramps anymore and if I miss a couple days they come back. Very happy with my purchase!

40,000 never felt so good

Anonymous March 11, 2026

I've been using Trace Minerals 40,000 Volts Electrolyte Concentrate for hydration and recovery, and it has worked really well for me. It's a simple way to add electrolytes and trace minerals to water without a lot of unnecessary ingredients or sugar. One thing I like is how concentrated it is. You only need a small amount added to a glass or bottle of water, so the bottle lasts quite a while. It's especially helpful after workouts, long days in the heat, or anytime I feel a little dehydrated. I've noticed it helps reduce muscle fatigue and keeps my energy more stable throughout the day. The taste is mild and slightly mineral-like, but when mixed into enough water it's not overpowering. I appreciate that it doesn't rely on artificial flavors or sweeteners, which makes it feel like a cleaner hydration option compared to many sports drinks. Overall, Trace Minerals 40,000 Volts is a convenient and effective electrolyte supplement. If you're looking for a straightforward way to support hydration and replenish minerals—especially if you're active or spend time outdoors—it's definitely worth trying.

Simple

I absolutely hate the taste of sports drinks. With this i can control how much I want to add to my drinks at any time. Just a drops or an entire serving.

this replaces my electrolytes without any fake sugar in it and my body tolerates it pretty good. it's very salty so be sure to mix it in with something I put it in with my hand water. I use it everyday to prevent cramping. I've been known to dump my electrolytes so this has been a lifesaver. I bought it quite a few times

i've thought for years that i didn't like the taste of water, or specifically the bitter aftertaste. then i recently bought a bottle of water with 'electrolytes added to enhance flavor,' and, oh hey, it -does- taste better. or, tastes like nothing, which is what i wanted. but i hardly ever buy bottled water, and i'm not starting now, so i went looking for an additive. all i found were flavored powders. thanks, but i don't want lemon water, or watermelon water. decided to try swanson, and lo and behold, found an unflavored option. i go with about a drop per ounce of water or a little more, which isn't enough to taste salty, but keeps me from getting the bitter aftertaste that i thought was... just how water tastes. i have drunk more plain ole water in the last month than i probably have in the prior year.

Originally bought in August after suffering a pronounced "dehydration" incident where a suffered terrible muscle cramps because although i was drinking loads of water i wasnt replacing the magnesium and potassium i lost.i experienced a 24 hr period of leg and neck cramps so bad I couldn't sleep until I found your product.

Bad taste

Amanda August 8, 2020

I wasnt paying attention to taste when I ordered this. Definitely tastes terrible. I cant just put some in water and run out the door. I take the desired amount add a little water and chug then brush my teeth right after. But I have noticed a difference in how I feel, so they DO WORK.

Awful taste

Mjflag July 10, 2021

Just started using to help with tiredness. Taste is truly awful. I started with 1/4 teaspoon in a small amount of orange juice. Ugh. I increased to 1/2 teaspoon after my walk. REALLY bad. I'll try with cranberry juice and do 1/4 teaspoon several times a day. I'll check back in to review after a week or so, to see if it helps my stamina
