It really good phone dont listen to to the bad reviews they have here it's worth the 200 bucks you can even stick your old sim card in this phone i have lye service with tracfhone and still pick up on 5 g when available it still works with your existing sim card with tracfhone

This is my second purchase of the iPhone SE . This one's a gen. 3 . It's supposed to be a 5G phone also . This little powerhouse is definitely a great choice for most needs of a good phone. It's powerful, fast and reliable. Simply put… this is an excellent choice from all aspects of “needing that perfect device.”

My son broke his previous SE phone and said he liked it so much that he didn't want to upgrade. So we ordered the SE 5 (3rd Generation), it arrived and it was in perfect condition. We tried transferring the data plan via the online feature, but we ended up having to use the chat because we hadn't actually activated the phone (didn't know we had to do that first). He's been using it for over a month now without issue.

Bought this for my friend who is also a TracFone Customer. He has since gone blind. He needed a phone where he could feel the start button, unlike his smooth faced Samsung A21.Using this button, he can tell Siri to make calls, and read texts that he received. The operating system is much more user friendly than Android for a person who has lost their sight.

This is the perfect phone for someone that does not do a lot on their phone besides talk, text, and navigate. It is small enough to fit in an average pocket, so you can have it with you all the time. It is compact and reliable and the battery is plenty for a full day of talking and texting.

I bought the iPhone se online locked to TracFone but when I got it the person at the warehouse didn't scan it to be activated , so I had to return it to my local Walmart I was refunded the money I went back to were the phones were and bought the same phone in the store but it was locked with the Walmart family plan not TracFone but I did get to keep my phone number but I was on the phone to some other country for like a hour to get it done but the phone is great , I think they need to teach the pickers at the ware house they also have to scan the phones to be actived I spent like 1 day and a few hours on the phone returning the unactived phone and 1 to 2 hours talking to a few different people in a different country to get to have and keep my same phone number the Walmart family plan is also great I really like it great price

I wanted an iPhone but I did not want all the bells and whistles that I wouldn't use anyway. This is an older model iPhone, and it suits me just fine. Everything I want and nothing I don't. The price was great, and all the minutes from my old phone converted to this phone. I'm very happy. Love my Tracfone!

I bought this phone previously from another retailer and was unable to activate on Tracfone, as some other reviewers stated and ended up returning it. I decided to try again and purchased the phone from Walmart. I was able to activate it easily this time. It's a nice phone and the price was reasonable for an iPhone. I'm glad I decided to try again.

Phone is a good basic iPhone that is affordable. Warning when you buy online from Walmart. Walmart often doesn't scan the second code on it before they send it out. Not only did Tracfone tell me this when I couldn't activate it, but also Walmart customer service on the phone. I was told I had to go in person to any walmart to have it scanned. I also called the store and they said the same thing, to come in person. This is a known issue per the customer service personnel at the store and no one seemed to know what to do because I happened to come in after the phone was past the “return” date even though I wasn't returning it. It was a huge hassle. And the in-person customer service personnel said I needed to call the Walmart CS line. I said no, I've already done that multiple times to avoid coming in person, and I want it fixed now and I wasn't leaving until it was fixed. Manager was in a meeting… I said well I will wait, not coming back. Suddenly and magically they figured out how to do it. Their system wasn't allowing it at first because it wasn't returnable (due to being past the return date) when I brought it in. I said well I'm not going to be out $200 and it's not my fault that this is a Walmart problem that obviously needs to be fixed. I just want the phone to be scanned so I can activate it.

I ordered an iPhone from Walmart and they delivered an empty box. According to the FedEx proof of delivery photo (see attached), the box appears to haven been opened. Multiple calls to Walmart were rejected and Walmart said to file a claim with the credit card company, which I did. Then Walmart showed proof of delivery to the credit card company (without the photo), and the credit card company sided with Walmart. I also filed a claim with FedEx, who then said only the shipper, Walmart, can file a claim, but the FedEx contract with Walmart stipulates that Walmart cannot file any shipping claims. Don't buy products shipped by Walmart!
