Tracfone Nokia C100, 32GB, Blue- Prepaid Smartphone [Locked to Tracfone Wireless]

It was what I needed. That phone is good.

The phone looks nice. It powered up and transferred all my apps. I was very happy. Then, I tried to activate it. The Tracfone customer service rep said that it was not scanned correctly. I have to return it.

The phone is inadequate for my needs

Nokia C100 is a budget phone so don't expect the best user experience, however it is better than no phone at all. I advise adding the SD memory card of 256 mb option to increase storage, and to NOT install too many unneeded apps. The phone isn't as easy to move from screen to screen as was my old LG Rebel 3, but the old girl became obsolete and I needed a quick replacement with limited funds on such short notice. It's going to take some getting used to. Sometimes works slow & sometimes OK. If a WiFi connection is available it is the way you will connect to make calls which is faster than the 4G network.

The good: Calls are clear. The not so good: It is slow, unpredictable, erratic, and glitchy. Must be held completely upright or will switch to wide view, that's great when you're trying to dial a number. only charges to 83% unless restarted. The ONLY reason it was bought was they still put an optional SD card slot in it at this price point. (Are you listening Samsung?) Thank God i'm not one of those people who can't get thru life without a phone glued to their head. If so,, this one would be used for target practice. Probably never buy another Nokia. With all the competition out there, I give manufacturers have one chance to impress me.

I've owned a few Nokia phones before. The quality of this refurbished Nokia phone is horrible! It won't let me log into items, and if I can, it immediately kicks me out of said program. My next one will not be a refurbished phone! I learned my lesson the hard, and expensive, way!

If I could give them a zero I would.They sold me this phone that was not "scanned" so Tracfone could not activate it.Thanks for wasting 5 hours of my day extracting %26 importing data to a useless phone.Are you going to feed my kids for all the work I missed?

the phone had no 5g (Internet) so I took out the battery and put it in my old phone, and threw away the rest of the phone.

"Terrible customer service. The phone wasn't scanned so I'm unable to activate it was a Christmas gift but return window closed one week before Christmas, and when I contacted support, they were unresponsive and unhelpful now a new phone is just a paper weight ."
