I can adjust the strength, easy on stomach
I won't go back to pills or powder. With Smooth Move I can make it strong or weak as I want. I like it also for I don't get the stomach pain when it is working. I speak for myself but i don't get the order when eliminating. I do recommend it to friends. but I tell them what works for me may not work for you. I will keep this on my list for sure.

It works
I have been struggling “ to go” for a month now decided to give this a try. I’m glad I did it’s not the best tasting tea however, it works. Just make sure you’re home when you drink this and drink it at night before bed. It’s @3:24 am and I’m currently pooping it out! Lol

SURE WORKS!!!
i've been drinking smooth move tea off and on for 3 yrs. have found if i drink it around 5-6 pm it works better in the morning. don't have any adverse effects from it and everything comes out!!! highly recommend it. i let the bag steep in the hot water for about 2 mins and it sure works for me. you can regulate how strong you want it.

I would Change the name to "Maybe Move"
This Tea at one time; I would've sworn by it. I use too work very well. But I've notice it doesn't seem too be as potent as it once was. This tea doesn't really act like a Laxative at all.
